Trip Moments Recommendations
LA afternoons: culture, palm trees, and golden hour glow
Afternoons in Los Angeles are made for exploring its contrasts. After lunch, head to The Getty Center, part art museum, part hillside oasis. You’ll find everything from Van Gogh to city views surrounded by white stone and manicured gardens.
Then swing down to Beverly Hills or West Hollywood. Walk among palm-lined streets, peek into vintage shops on Melrose, or stop for an iced drink and some people-watching. Whether you’re into street fashion or movie-star elegance, LA offers both.
As golden hour approaches, head toward Runyon Canyon or a rooftop bar downtown. The light softens everything, buildings, trees, people. It is that moment when the city feels cinematic, just as you imagined it.
Tips:
• Reserve Getty Center parking in advance or take the tram up the hill
• Melrose Avenue is great for both window shopping and photography
• Plan your golden hour around rooftops like Perch or Mama Shelter
• Traffic picks up after 4 PM, plan breaks or walking time accordingly

SERGIO PEREZ REJON GARCIA LA mornings: sunshine, skyline and café culture
Los Angeles in the morning has a quiet magic. Start your day in the Arts District or Silver Lake, where industrial walls are covered in murals and trendy cafés serve up excellent coffee and breakfast burritos. There's a relaxed rhythm as locals head out with dogs, laptops, and sunglasses.
Take time to explore Grand Central Market, still calm early on, and wander over to Angels Flight or the nearby Walt Disney Concert Hall. You’ll catch sunlight bouncing off mirrored buildings downtown while the city is still stretching awake.
Head to Griffith Park for a mid-morning hike to the Observatory. The trail is steep in places but rewards you with open skies, a cool breeze, and iconic views of the Hollywood Sign and LA’s sprawl below. A perfect way to feel the city's scale before it gets busy
Tips:
• Griffith Park is best before 11 AM to avoid heat and crowds
• For views and pastries, try cafés along Sunset Blvd or Echo Park
• Bring layers, LA mornings can be cooler than expected
• Use the Metro Red Line if staying downtown and avoiding traffic

SERGIO PEREZ REJON GARCIA The best selection of eateries in Los Angeles
The Original Farmers Market is a large area of food stalls and markets that opened in 1934. It has over 100 vendors and offers one of the widest ranges of food in the LA area, and its famous for this freshness. You can get everything from
Coffee and doughnuts to BBQ ribs and even home made ice cream.
There’s plenty of communal seating so you’re able to pick food from different places and eat together as a group, I managed to get coffee, a sandwich and cake from the different places to make my own combo meal.
For me the cinnamon roll and brownies from sweetheart cafe were the best I’ve ever had!
There are toilets, cash machines and places to wash your hands - the area itself is beautifully maintained and cleaned and the vendors clearly take great pride in their business!
It’s a great place to eat before you head into the grove for some shopping.

A beautiful park in Miracle Mile
Hancock park is a beautiful stretch of greenery in the Miracle Mile area of Los Angeles. It’s famous for housing the La Brea Tar pits and associated museum, along with the life size replicas of the animals found within the tar pits.
You’re able to see active tar pits that are bubbling to this day, and if you’re lucky you will find smaller parts of exposed tar within the park itself.
It’s a great place to take in the surrounding architecture too, giving you good views of various art deco buildings in the surrounding area.
There’s few public toilets and plenty of seating, some
Of which is shaded for the hot weather. There’s also the tar pits museum which is great if you have kids!
The entrance on Wilshire is the easiest to use as there is a lot of construction around the lower end of the park. But it’s still nice to visit!

Los Angeles: Photographing City, Sea, and Skyline 🌊 🏔️ 📸
I booked a last minute trip to Los Angeles in March and I did not regret it. In America’s second biggest city, the vibe is chill and the weather is pleasant. Featuring an urban core, ocean waves, and rolling mountains, photography lovers will be spoilt for choice here! Here are my favorite photography spots around the city:
1️⃣ Beachwood Drive and Winans Drive
After hiking in the Hollywood Hills, make your way down Beachwood Drive. It’s a picturesque residential neighborhood nestled against the backdrop of the Hollywood Sign.
2️⃣ Mount Hollywood Trail
Start your hike at Griffith Observatory and follow the signs leading to the Mount Hollywood Peak. The views of the city below are spectacular. From here, you can continue hiking toward the Hollywood Sign.
3️⃣ Centennial Street
The wonderful thing about LA is that most tourists never wander to the residential areas! So you’ll get to enjoy views like the one of Downtown LA from Centennial Street without the crowds. Afterwards, walk for about five minutes and you’ll reach Chinatown where you can enjoy some delicious Chinese food!
4️⃣ Santa Monica Pier
Santa Monica can get crowded, especially on weekends, but you can’t miss it. Have ice cream, load up on burgers, or go on a few rides at the Pacific Park before walking down the sandy beach towards Venice Beach.
5️⃣ Downtown LA
The Historic Core of Downtown LA is a little bit shabby but it serves up some great photo opportunities. Walk along Broadway and check out some of the cool buildings. End your walk at Grand Central Market with some tasty food and coffee.
6️⃣ Angels Point
Located in Elysian Park, Angels Point is a pleasant breath of fresh air away from the city. Besides the viewpoint, the park is a great place to people watch. Also, if you love baseball, it’s right next to Dodger Stadium!
🏨 Where to stay: STILE Downtown Los Angeles offers affordable rooms in the heart of LA! The rooms are big and they come with a white noise machine!
🥪 Where to Eat:
🍳 Eggslut
🥪 Ghost Sando Shop
☕️ Bastion
🥡 King Buffet

[Los Angeles, USA] Watch the NBA Lakers in America 🏀 at Crypto.com ARENA
This time, we will introduce Crypto.com ARENA and how to watch the Lakers!
Crypto.com ARENA is located in downtown. The nearest subway station is "7th Street/Metro Center Station." Of course, you can also get to the front of the arena by metro bus 🙆🏼

You can also enter the official shop even on days when there are no games 🛍️ There is a wide variety of goods, so it's hard to decide what to buy lol
Game tickets are $150 (approximately 27,500 yen in Japanese yen) in the top block on weekdays.
Many people may think it is expensive, but it is worth paying a high price! ! Even in the top block, you can see the ball with the naked eye ⭐️
Not only the game, but the halftime show by the exclusive cheerleaders was cool ✨

[Los Angeles, USA] A spectacular view spot in LA✨Griffith Observatory🔭
This time, we will introduce Griffith Observatory, a place where you can get a spectacular view of LA!
It is about an hour by metro bus from the Hollywood area.
After getting off at the red light "Vermont / Sunset" stop on the metro,
take the "DASH Observatory" bus to Griffith Observatory 🚌
The metro is $1.75 one way, and the DASH bus is ¢50 one way 💰
Please note that the signal will be quite poor as you will be going into the mountains!
Admission is free. There is an additional charge for the planetarium and cafe inside the observatory⚠️
I went there on a Sunday at dusk, so there were a lot of people🥲
Still, it's really worth going, you can see the process of the sky gradually getting darker from the bright sky at dusk, and the night view of LA sparkles like a jewel and is really beautiful✨

[Los Angeles, USA] The world's shortest cable car "Angel Flight" 🪽
We will introduce you to the world's shortest railway, "Angel Flight", located in the heart of Los Angeles, downtown!
It opened in 1901. The ride takes about 1 minute‼️
The fare is $1 in cash. If you have a "TAP card" used in the Los Angeles area, you can ride for 50 cents💳
It connects South Olive Street and Hill Street, and if you get off at Hill Street, you will arrive in front of Grand Central Market!
The famous contemporary art museum "The Broad" is about a 10-minute walk from South Olive Street!
The nearest train station is "Civic Ctr / Grand Park Station".
However, in Los Angeles, the Metro bus is a more convenient and safer means of transportation than the train, so it may be easier to get there by bus! 🚌
The bus is easy to use because it displays real-time operation status and other information using Google Maps!
Angel Flight was also used as a location for the famous movie, La La Land! It's a spot where you can also visit the filming locations♪

As an influencer and a car enthusiast, my visit to the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles was nothing short of spectacular. Nestled in the heart of LA, this museum is an absolute gem for anyone who appreciates the beauty, history, and innovation of automobiles. From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the stunning architecture and the sleek, modern design that set the tone for what was to come.
The museum’s collection is mind-blowing – featuring everything from vintage classics and rare supercars to iconic vehicles from movies and groundbreaking concept cars. Each exhibit tells a story, and I found myself completely immersed in the evolution of automotive design and technology. One of the highlights was the legendary "Vault" tour, where I got a behind-the-scenes look at some of the rarest and most exclusive cars in the world.
What makes the Petersen Automotive Museum stand out is how it blends education, art, and entertainment seamlessly. Whether you're a die-hard gearhead or just someone who appreciates good design, there's something here that will grab your attention and spark your curiosity. I left the museum feeling inspired and even more in love with the world of cars. If you’re in Los Angeles, this place is a must-visit – trust me, you’ll thank me later!
Spring Getaway in LA: Chilling at Redondo Beach
#springwander
Spring in Los Angeles is just perfect—warm, sunny, and not too crowded. I stayed at a hotel near Redondo Beach, and it was the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. The mornings started with a peaceful walk along the pier, and in the afternoons, I just lounged by the water, sipping coffee and soaking up the California vibes.
The laid-back atmosphere of Redondo Beach makes it a great escape from the city’s hustle. Whether you want to enjoy fresh seafood, take a bike ride along the coast, or just chill and watch the waves, this place has it all!
Why You Should Visit:
✔ Beautiful ocean views and a relaxing beachside atmosphere
✔ Plenty of great cafés, seafood restaurants, and scenic spots to explore

Finally your chance to see a real Beverly Hills mansion up close!
Greystone Mansion was built by the oil baron Edward L. Dohney Sr at a cost of $3.1 milion for his son Edward ' Ned' Dohney Jr as a wedding gift in 1914. It was not to be a happy family home though as on February 16, 1929, just four months after Ned Doheny, his wife Lucy and their five children moved into Greystone, Ned died in his bedroom in a murder-suicide with his secretary, Hugh Plunket. Ever since Plunket murdered Ned rumours have dogged the story was it because Planket was angry for not having recieved a raise? Was it a lovers quarrel? Or did a jealous wife kill the lovers? We will never know for sure.
Today it's owned by the City of Beverly Hills and frequently rented out to shoot movies, TV shows and music videos. The black and white checkered floor has starred in everything from The Muppets to There Will Be Blood, The Social Network, The Bodyguard, X-Men, Witches of Eastwick, Ghostbusters, Spiderman II, National Treasure II, and The Prestige. If a movie calls for shots of a rich non-British villain’s home then Greystone will pop up. Once you have been here, you will start to recognize it next time you are at the movies!
Although you cannot go inside the house, you can peak through the windows at the black and white checkered floor and wander the beautiful grounds. On a clear day, there is a great view of Los Angeles from the balcony.

Wander down historic Angelino Heights
Angelino Heights's Carroll Avenue is quite a contrast from the other streets in the area with many of the Queen Anne and Eastlake style Victorian homes classified as Los Angeles cultural historical monuments. Unsurprisingly many of the houses have been used in movies and TV shows:
1329 Carroll Avenue is The Innes House, built in 1887 for Councilman Daniel Innes but is most famous for being the house from the TV series Charmed where the Halliwell sisters live (in the show is set in San Francisco).
1338 Carroll Avenue was used in the filming of J Edgar Hoover starring Leonardo DiCaprio. In fact, if you look on Google Street view you can see the movie cameras filming outside this house!
1345 Carroll Avenue (with the very rare Morten Fig tree in the garden) was used in Michael Jackson's Thriller video. Towards the end of the video, his girlfriend runs to a house to escape the zombies and this is the house she runs to.
1355 Carrol Avenue was used as the brothel that Don Draper grew up in in the TV show Madmen.
Remember these are private homes - don't go in the gardens, knock on doors or look through windows - admire from the sidewalk or risk being arrested!

Mamba Forever 🐍~Once a Lakers fan, always a Lakers fan
💞Recommended reasons:
💜💛As a Lakers fan, I can finally watch the game at home
You can also see 40-year-old LeBron James flying around
Staples Center is now a crypto-network stadium
What remains unchanged is the statues of various legends placed outside the stadium
🗓️Itinerary:
Skyhook, Logo man, Lakers godfather, Shark, magic, etc.
Of course, there is also the Lakers' totem - Black Mamba. Kobe now has two statues
His and Gigi's statues are on the other side of the arena, and we both went to see them.
Seeing these statues, you can feel how glorious the history of the Lakers is.
After the race, you can go to the nearby Team La for a stroll.
💰Average consumption:
Then we went in to watch the game. We bought the tickets in the last half hour.
Because it is said to be much cheaper ✌🏻200 US dollars to buy the Zone 1 area
It's really worth it... The atmosphere in the stadium is really good, even if you don't understand basketball
I will be very involved in it when I come.

Beverly Hills, that’s where I want to be
Yes, you might not be able to afford anything in its trove of designer shops but a stop off in Los Angeles most upmarket neighbourhood is still worth it for those visiting the city.

A Magical Day at Disneyland Resort 🌟
Disneyland Resort is located in Anaheim near Los Angeles in the USA. It was the first Disney theme park in the world, opening in 1955. Here are some tips to have the best visit!
🏰 First, take photos with the castle. Yes it is the smallest castle in any Disney park, but it might be the most iconic. Sleeping Beauty’s Castle can’t be missed as you walk down Main Street U.S.A. into the park.
🗻 Ride the Matterhorn Bobsleds! It’s definitely one of my favourite attractions in the park, and I love that it’s been here for so many years!
🛸 Tomorrowland is my favourite area in the park. Firstly, Space Mountain never disappoints and then we have Buzz Lightyear’s Astroblasters which is so much fun.
🛶 Adventureland is often overlooked but it has the iconic Jungle Cruise! Indiana Jones Adventure is also an incredible ride and this area also has great dining options.
👑 Fantasyland ~ this area has so many family friendly rides including Peter Pan’s flight and the carousel. Here you can also find the Royal Hall which has meet and greets for the princesses.
🐭 Finally, don’t forget to watch the parade! Download the official Disneyland Resort app to find out times and locations.

Watts Towers Arts Center 🇺🇸
#bookstoresandgalleries
My visit to the Watts Towers Arts Center in Los Angeles was a unique and inspiring part of my summer vacation! 🎨🏰 Located in the Watts neighborhood, the arts center is home to the remarkable Watts Towers—an intricate series of towers made from steel and adorned with mosaic tiles, shells, and glass. The entrance fee is modest, around $10, which is a great value for such a distinctive cultural experience.
The towers were created by Simon Rodia over 33 years, and the detail and creativity are truly impressive. The arts center also features exhibits about Rodia’s life and the local community’s artistic endeavors. The surrounding Watts neighborhood has a rich history, and it’s worth exploring the nearby community murals and cultural sites. 🌟🖼️

Hollywood Universal Studios Two-Day Trip
I bought a buy-one-get-one-free ticket for Universal Studios before departure, allowing us to enjoy two full days there. There weren't too many people on the day, so the wait times for rides were not too long, with the longest being only 35 minutes, and some rides only took 5 minutes to get on. We even rode many of them multiple times.
The Mummy, Jurassic Park, and Harry Potter rides are must-tries 😆 Some rides made us quite dizzy 😅 You can queue as a single rider for The Mummy and Harry Potter rides, allowing you to ride them multiple times consecutively. They are incredibly thrilling and fun.
The Studio Tour takes about an hour and showcases various filming locations, definitely worth setting aside time for. Additionally, the Waterworld show is a must-see, lasting about 45 minutes with three showtimes daily. Don't forget to catch it.
