This is Gua Tempurung..it is a cave..you can either enjoy a casual exploration or and adventure exploring..you chose your own level..but as for both exploration..you still need stamina and fit to climb the stairs to reach platform 5 that is top of the world level..
So keep in mind that u need to wear a proper attire with proper shoe..if u bring ur kid or baby..i suggest if u use carrier as it will help u better..if u want to do the adventure exploring..please bring together extra clothes because it’s gonna be wet..not to forget to bring accessories like torchlight and waterproof case for your phone..whichever level u choose..u won’t regret it because the view and the ambience is much more amazing than what u captured..

Malay Lunch at Sungkai PLUS Highway Exit
Nasi Bamboo Sungai Klah Restaurant
If you are heading North from KL, you should stop at this place to have your lunch!
This restaurant is easy to find. after you exit Sungkai and turn right, it is just about 300 meters from the traffic light, after lunch you can head back to the highway and continue your destination.
You can find here the food is deliciously cooked. malay cuisine like ayam masak merah, ikan sungai, kerabu, daging salai, kambing bakar, perfect for your lunch. You have to decide what you want to eat because the method is que before paid. So when you have to move forward, it's difficult to turn back to take the food, if behind you is people queuing.
The place has a wide area to choose from where to sit. Parking has to be improved since the parking is quite limited if it's the weekend.

Historic Perak Cave Temple
GPS location: https://g.co/kgs/HBMESE
It's located at the state capital of Perak, Ipoh. Accessible with own private vehicle.
It has an amazing entrance, lovely paintings. I was surprised by the huge statues and paintings. Surprisingly the insides on the cave is rather chilly, you can feel a cold breeze in there.
Overall there are around 350 stair steps that you can take to reach the pinnacle of the establishment, for the information of daredevils out there.
After that proceed to go for a hike. Perak cave is magnificent religious structure, with unique paintings depicting the chinese mythology. Today it is still used as a place of worthship & offers unique hiking trail atop of the cave its located. The hiking path is old & can be challenging, but a top it is met with a breathtaking beautiful city view.
