The sun rays breaking through the cracks from above create a simply fabulous atmosphere, as if you were in another world. You can only get there with excursions, because access to the canyon is controlled, and therefore you need to book in advance. If you like photography, this will be a real find! From above, the canyon looks completely different - like a giant crack in the ground. This place resembles a huge living picture with bizarre shapes that change depending on the angle of view and the time of day.

There's a sharp horseshoe-shaped turn in the Colorado River that makes a really beautiful spot. You can just walk to the edge of the cliff, look down at the river that seems to hug the earth, and take a picture of the view. It doesn't require any special skills, just a short walk from the parking lot and you're already enjoying the cool scenery. Perfect!

These arches aren’t just decorative — they symbolize the community’s deep connection to wildlife. Standing beneath them, I truly felt the spirit of the Old West. 🎨 National Museum of Wildlife Art Perched above the National Elk Refuge, this museum’s incredible collection of wildlife paintings and sculptures brought the natural world to life. Walking the sculpture trail with stunning views of the refuge was unforgettable. 🦌 National Elk Refuge Taking a winter sleigh ride through the refuge, surrounded by hundreds of elk, was surreal.
