There were shops where you could buy small amounts of fruit, so we bought some and ate them at the hotel😊

[Capital of Croatia] Zagreb🇭🇷
Zagreb, the capital of Croatia, has a nostalgic atmosphere. The cityscape is atmospheric and has a medieval feel.
St. Mark's Church (third photo) is quite unique, with a medal on the tile roof. It has been open to the public since 2017, and tourists can visit the inside. The stained glass was beautiful ✨
It's a compact city, so I recommend taking a stroll around using the tram ✨ It has a retro feel even at night, and I felt like I was in the Middle Ages ✨

[Restoran Nokturno: Zagreb, Croatia] Taste the delicious truffle sauce✨
I ate grilled pork with truffle sauce!!
The pork was tender, and the rich truffle sauce was really delicious.
The beer was also rich and tasty.
The terrace seats were crowded, but I was able to enter the restaurant right away.
It seems to be a popular restaurant with locals, and even though I was alone, the staff were cheerful and I was able to eat comfortably.

[Zagreb] The Garden Brewery, a popular brewery with a beer garden
Address: About 15 minutes by tram from the center of Zagreb
Atmosphere/Facilities: A spacious and cozy beer garden
Recommended: Lager and pale ale
Price: From €2.5
Rating: ★★★
A popular brewpub in Zagreb, located just a 15-minute tram ride away from Jelacic Square in the center of Zagreb.
Apart from the tram stop, there is a grassy area, and even though the brewery is the only one there, it seems to be a popular spot for people of all ages and genders.
According to the staff, the lager and pale ale are widely recommended. In addition to those two, I tried about two IPAs, and enjoyed some unusual types such as Milkshake IPA, which is like a lactic acid drink and has little bitterness.
There are two fast food restaurants, and I ordered chicken frites and coleslaw. The portions were large and the taste was very good. It was a satisfying menu lineup as grub food. This is one of the few breweries near Zagreb that can be accessed only by public transport, so it is highly recommended for beer lovers.

[Zagreb] The most popular sweets shop "Vincek"
Address: A short walk from Jelacic Square
Atmosphere/Facilities: Terrace seating and inside the shop
Average price: €3-5
Rating: ★★★
The most famous sweets shop in Zagreb, where you can expect to queue all day. There are so many cakes and iced gelatos lined up, including Zagreb's specialty creme schnitte.
The shop faces Ilica Street, but there are also terrace seats on the back alley side, so you can enjoy a relaxing tea time outside while looking at the stairs leading up to the cable car station.
The ice cream in particular has a rich taste, even with extra nuts and dried fruit added, and is very reasonably priced at around €2. Highly recommended.

📍St. Mark's Church/Zagreb, Croatia
St. Mark's Church, a recommended tourist spot in Zagreb, Croatia⛪️
The coat of arms on the tile roof is cute and distinctive🤍
The coat of arms of Zagreb is on the right side of the roof, and the coat of arms of the Triple Kingdom of Croatia, Slavonia and Dalmatia on the left👀
At the time, I couldn't go inside and could only look at it from the outside, but the toy-like shape of the building and the unique roof were really cute, and I was very satisfied just by looking at it🥰
This area is built on a small hill, and the cityscape along the way was very beautiful🤍
I hope you will take a leisurely stroll and find your favorite place🌿

[Zagreb] Museum of Broken Relationships
The Museum of Broken Relationships in Zagreb, Croatia.
This unusual museum is visited by people from all over the world.
The exhibits were collected as donations from all over the world, and each item is accompanied by a comment from the donor.
It started as a traveling exhibition with the hope that people would heal the wounds of broken hearts by donating "relics" from past relationships, and opened as a permanent museum in 2010.
If you've had a broken heart, it might be a good idea to give something here.

There is a statue in the center of the square.

[Zagreb] Purger, a Croatian restaurant founded in 1932
Address: About 5 minutes walk from Jelacic Square
Recommended points: Japanese menu available/Enjoy Croatian home cooking
Price: 3,000 yen
Rating: ★★★
Established in 1932, this long-established restaurant serves hearty Croatian home cooking. At the outdoor seating in front of the restaurant, there are local regulars drinking together in a friendly atmosphere, creating a homely atmosphere.
Not only that, it is a famous restaurant that is popular with tourists and has menus in English and Japanese!
The menu is rich with Croatian schnitzel, stuffed peppers, cevapi, and palatinken, with a full range of Croatian dishes.
I had stuffed peppers, palatinken, a glass of wine, and tea. While many Croatian dishes are heavy on meat and fat, the stuffed peppers have a light yet mellow stew sauce that suits Japanese tastes. It's not expensive, so it's a recommended restaurant when you want to eat classic Croatian dishes.
