Taking advantage of the May Day holiday, I made an appointment with my friends to experience this special coffee shop. Xiangzhi Wharf is quite far from Quanzhou city, so we chose to take a taxi and locate Xiangzhi Wharf. After getting off the car, we can see a sign for a coffee shop. The building of the coffee shop was originally an ice-making room, providing ice for fishermen to store their catches. Although it has been transformed into a coffee shop, the original appearance of the building has been retained. The industrial-style rough-hewn style and mottled walls vaguely reflect its past experiences. The large windowsill in the store allow people to see the fishing boats and fishermen coming and going in the port while drinking coffee indoors. Although the store has three floors, there are not many seats available. 🏨Quanzhou Fu'an International Hotel 📍No. 1 Hefu Road, Quangang District, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province - This hotel can be said to be the best hotel in Quangang now. It is located in an area closer to the sea in Quangang, next to Quangang's Jinxiu Park, with nice scenery. It takes about 20 minutes to drive from Quangang Station to the hotel, which is quite fast. The hotel opened in 2022, so the whole hotel is quite new. The lobby is very distinctive, with several running horses and Quangang's Fu ship model at the entrance. The lobby bar next to the front desk is decorated in a very Chinese style with a classical flavor. The room type we stayed in this time was a light luxury smart twin room. We checked in on Friday night. There were three of us staying together, and the average cost per person was over RMB 100 per night. The room is about 40 square meters and has a lot of space. The washing area is right at the entrance, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The bed in the twin room is 1.35m long, so it is not crowded even for two people to sleep in.
