|Vietnam|Ngoc Son Temple in Hanoi - a thousand-year-old temple on an island in the lake
Walking beside the most lively Hoan Kiem Lake in Hanoi, you will find an elegant red wooden bridge in the center of the lake leading to a small island. At the end of the bridge is the "Ngoc Son Temple" with great historical and cultural significance.
This is not only a famous landmark in Hanoi, but also a place of faith and spiritual symbol in the hearts of Hanoi people.
The Ngoc Son Temple was built in the 13th century and expanded in the 19th century. It is a place to enshrine the national hero General Tran Hung Dao. It combines Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism elements, and its architectural style is traditional and solemn.
In addition to the main temple, there are also cultural symbols such as the Pen Tower and the Inkstone Platform. You can overlook the "Turtle Tower" in the lake from here. The legendary story of the divine turtle and the Hoan Kiem also happened here!
📸 Photo & Check-in Highlights:
The vermilion Rising Sun Bridge is the most iconic check-in point of the Ngoc Son Temple.
The reflections on the lake and the quaint buildings are full of Vietnamese aesthetics.
The light and shadow at dusk are the softest, and it is also a good time to take pictures.
The interior of the small temple is dimly lit and filled with incense, sacred and quiet.
💡 Visiting suggestions:
It is suitable to arrange a visit while walking in Hoan Kiem Lake. The trip is easy and does not require physical effort.
You need to take off your hat when entering the main hall, avoid wearing too short clothes, and do not take pictures inside.

|Vietnam|Temple of Literature and Imperial Academy in Hanoi - The Origin of Millennial Literary Tradition, the Light of Vietnam's Confucian Temple.
The "Temple of Literature and Imperial Academy" is not only Vietnam's first national university but also a spiritual symbol of the nation's respect for Confucianism and its cultural and educational origins. Initially built as a place to worship Confucius, the "Imperial Academy" was added in 1076 as a higher education institution for royal and noble descendants. The entire complex blends Chinese Confucian architectural style with Vietnamese local features, making it a green historical site filled with scholarly ambiance and historical depth.
✨Must-See Highlights:
Five-Courtyard Layout: Starting from the "Temple Gate," visitors pass through five courtyards, surrounded by lush greenery and rows of stone steles, evoking a sense of traveling through a thousand years of history.
Khue Van Pavilion: One of Hanoi's most iconic structures, featured on Vietnam's 10,000 VND banknote! The red-pillared octagonal pavilion with circular windows is both elegant and symbolizes "prosperity in literature."
Stone Turtle Stele Forest: A row of turtles carrying stone steles, recording the names of past scholars, serves as a testament to history and academia, symbolizing wisdom and longevity.
Confucius and Four Companions Hall: The final courtyard houses the main hall, dedicated to Confucius, Mencius, and other Confucian sages, creating a solemn and sacred space for reverence.
The Temple of Literature is not just a tourist attraction but a cultural heritage. Walking through the temple feels like traveling back to Vietnam's millennial scholarly era, experiencing a city's profound respect for knowledge and education.
|Vietnam|One Pillar Pagoda in Hanoi-A thousand-year-old Buddhist temple on a lotus pond
The "One Pillar Temple" was built in 1049 AD. It is famous for its unique shape. The entire temple is supported by only one stone pillar and stands in the center of a square lotus pond. Its appearance resembles a blooming lotus. There is no gorgeous decoration, but it is full of power. Just standing by the pond and looking at it, you can feel a sense of peace and purity.
It is said that Emperor Ly Taejong dreamed that Guanyin Bodhisattva sat on a lotus platform and took him into his arms. Soon the queen gave birth to a prince. In order to thank the gods for their protection, he ordered the construction of this lotus-shaped Buddhist temple.
Therefore, the One Pillar Temple has also become a faith center for praying for offspring and happiness, attracting countless people to visit and make wishes every year.
Although the temple itself is not large, its existence is an indelible part of people's hearts.
✨Reminder
The One Pillar Temple is a Buddhist holy place. It is recommended to dress solemnly and appropriately. Avoid wearing revealing or overly casual clothes to show respect for Buddhist beliefs.
Keep quiet when entering the temple and respect the temple's regulations.

Vietnam Hanoi Beer Street Trip Moment🇻🇳
[Trip Moment Delivery.🗞]
How about Hanoi Beer Street for this trip?🇻🇳✈️
My experience visiting Hanoi Beer Street was really impressive. In the evening, the streets were filled with people and had a lively atmosphere. The street lights twinkling under the sunset gave off a festival-like feeling.🙂
First, I sat on a chair set up on the side of a small street and ordered a local beer, 'Beer Hanoi'. I was surprised at how cheap it was, and the cold beer was perfect for relieving the fatigue of the trip.😃
I saw people interacting with various people around me, and I was able to easily chat with foreign travelers in particular. I remember the scene where everyone talked about each other's culture and laughed.
The street food served with the beer was also delicious. In particular, the banh mi was really delicious.ㅎ
The beer and the space combined to add to the unique atmosphere of the place. As time passed, people's loud laughter and conversations increased, and the atmosphere of the street became more lively with various songs. It was really impressive to see locals gathering together and drinking beer and having a good time.

Famous train street in Hanoi
Legendary train street, located close to Old Quarter and Bay mau Lake, is one of the must visit place in Hanoi. Experience is beautiful and definitely unique. We came around 6pm-7:30 pm and we saw 4 trains. Also met a great and nice cafe owner that helped us with the photos, so we ended up drinking beer in that cafe. Also we got a bottle cap, crushed by train, as a memory from this remarkable place. Definitely every recommendation :) #hanoi #hanoitravel #trainstreet

My Flash Trip to Hanoi: Day 1 on a Scooter! 🇻🇳🛵
#summervacay
I just did a quick trip to Hanoi in June, and my first day was all about zipping around on a scooter! My top priority? Heading straight for a bowl of beef pho.
And let me tell you, it was incredibly satisfying! Nothing beats that authentic taste. Getting around on a scooter was an exhilarating way to experience the city's vibrant energy right from the get-go.
Hanoi's chaotic charm and delicious food are truly something special!

|Vietnam|Nhà Sách Lâm Bookstore in Hanoi - Reading in the Universe
On the southeast side of Hoan Kiem Lake, there is a small street surrounded by books, Đinh Lễ Book Street. When you walk in, you will find that there are a whole row of independent bookstores. Among them, the "LÂM Bookstore" is low-key but full of taste in product selection.
The books sold here are mainly Vietnamese books, and there are also a few English versions. From poetry, novels, history to children's picture books, the bookshelves are neatly arranged, and the atmosphere is warm and simple.
✨Highlights:
Locals often come here to dig for treasures, which is part of the local cultural life.
Many cover designs are of high quality and suitable for collection.
The book street itself is also very good for taking pictures, with a strong sense of Hanoi city literary youth.
Close to Hoan Kiem Lake and the Cathedral, it is just right to visit during a walk.
