Bronte Beach
Adjacent to Bondi Beach, just a 40 minute walk along the beach from Bondi Beach, this is quieter than Bondi Beach and is popular with surfers. To the south is the Rock Pool for those who like to swim. There are also BBQ and picnic areas for those who want to relax on holiday. I personally prefer this beach over Bondi because it has all the same things but it is quieter and more local.

Best beaches in Sydney
What’s more pleasant activity in summer in Sydney? Of course it is going to the beach! Sydney has the best beaches in the country - and it is not the world famous Bondi Beach! Take a ferry to Manly or a stroll from Bondi to Bronte or a short drive to Vaucluse to Nielsen Park for the recently renovated and reopened Shark Beach! Whichever you go to you will have Crystal clear waters and finest sand. However, beware of bluebottles jellyfish and good old sharks…. #2024mapped #sydneytrip #brontebeach #sharkbeach #manlybeach
You can go to the mountains and the sea in one day, Sydney Citywalk can do it
In addition to the Opera House and Darling Harbour, Sydney actually has many places worth exploring in a day.
Start the day with a cup of Flat White☕ in the morning. You won’t go wrong with any Australian coffee, and the price is very affordable. Today I tried the Instagram-famous Meraki, and Timon is so cute💗
On sunny days, you have to hike! Bondi Coogee walk is the number one seaside hiking route in Sydney in my personal mind. Since I had other plans in the afternoon, I only walked from Bondi to Bronte this time. Along the way, I could see blue sky and white clouds, and many people enjoying the seaside life, surfing, swimming, beach volleyball, and just sunbathing or blowing the sea breeze.
The next stop is Centanial Park, which is the best place for people to hug a tree and be in a daze (I was in a daze again)
In the evening, go to Rose Bay to watch the sunset, and you can also say hello to every dog passing by🐶😘 Very happy

Ocean pool In Sydney 🇦🇺
Bronte Baths is an ocean pool in Sydney that was built into the cliffside at Bronte Beach in the 1880s.
The pool is protected from the ocean, however the ocean waves often crash into the rocks on the edge and so the pool is filled with the salty ocean water. The water can be a little cold if you’re not here during the heat of the summer.
The pool is 30 metres in length, so whilst it is smaller than many ocean pools in Sydney there is still plenty space for swimmers to do lengths (lanes are marked out). There is also a shallower part of the pool separated by a wooden ledge that is perfect for families with children and groups of friends relaxing.
The ocean pool is perfect for those who are apprehensive to swim in the ocean or those who want to escape the sand. There are several spots here for you to lie your towel down and sunbathe too.
Entrance to Sydney’s stunning Bronte Baths is free!
The baths are always open to the public, but if the sea becomes too rough or the pool is being cleaned they will temporarily close the metal gates in front of the baths, preventing access.
