Life Italian Restaurant I Met in Melbourne 🇦🇺
As expected from a city with diverse cultures, Melbourne has many restaurants from various countries, and among them, there are many Italian restaurants.
In particular, there are many restaurants serving fresh pasta, and among them, Tipo 00 is highly praised by locals.
It is run by a chef who studied cooking in France, an Italian chef, and a sommelier. They named it Tipo 00 after the flour used in Italian pasta.
This place is so popular that there is always a line at dinner time.
If you go at the opening time like me, you can eat right away without waiting in line.
The menu is specialized in pasta risotto, as expected from an Italian restaurant.
They also sell steak and Italian cheese salami plates that are good to eat as main dishes.
The most popular menu here is squid ink pasta and gnocchi.
The pasta is made with fresh pasta, and it was really the pasta of my life.
Clean seafood broth and chewy fresh noodles.
The texture of the squid in the middle adds even more flavor.
I had steak here, and it was really the steak of my life.
In New York, USA It was much more juicy than the steak I ate, and the sauce on the side was the kick point.
📍Tipo 00
Address: 361 Little Bourke St, Melbourne VIC 3000 Australia

Must-Try Kangaroo Meat Restaurants in Australia
When you come to Australia, you must try this exotic food, kangaroo meat.
This is Max on Hardware, a great value kangaroo steak restaurant recommended by locals in Melbourne.
Max on Hardware, a great restaurant in Melbourne, Australia, is located in an alleyway near Bock Street Mall and Lonsdale Street.
It is in the middle of a place with a lot of outdoor seating.
This is actually an Italian restaurant that sells pizza, pasta, and risotto.
It is a restaurant loved by many locals because the Italian food is also delicious.
I tried the best menu here, paella and kangaroo steak.
It was my first time eating kangaroo meat, and it was more delicious than I thought.
It was a little more bland and dry than beef, but it was worth trying at least once. The vegetables that came with it were really delicious.
The paella felt more like risotto than paella.
The seafood in it was fresh.

A sandwich shop loved by Melbourne locals
Hector’s Deli, a Melbourne sandwich shop with a constant waiting line
It became popular among Koreans after Shin Se-kyung appeared on a vlog.
It’s so popular among locals that there are 4 branches of the chain.
I recommend visiting a branch near you.
I visited the CBD branch located in the city center.
It’s easy to access and easy to stop by.
There are seats inside the bar where you can eat.
It’s also an open kitchen, so you can watch the sandwich making process.
Recommended menu items are the chicken salad and the melted mushroom toast sandwich.
And the donuts are also delicious, so try them.

Melbourne's top 3 coffees are here‼️
If you travel to Melbourne, you must go on a coffee cafe tour.
There are really many great coffee shops.
Among them, Petra Coffee Brewers, one of the top three coffee shops in Melbourne,
with a Google rating of 4.8,
it is very popular not only among tourists but also among locals.
If you go in the morning, many locals come here to have a quick coffee and bread before work.
The inside of the cafe is very narrow, so there is no place to sit and eat. It is a takeout specialty shop. You can feel Melbourne's coffee culture where people stand outside and drink and talk.
Patricia Coffee Brewers is located in the city center. You can get there by taking the free tram.
Get off at the Bourke Street tram stop.
It is not open on weekends, but is open on weekdays from 07:00 to 16:00.
There are only three menus: black, white, and filter. The white is a menu with milk, and you can order latte, flat white, oat latte, and magic coffee.
A must-try menu is the flat white. It is very soft and rich, and you can really taste the coffee flavor.
Not only the coffee, but the bakery breads are also delicious. Try it with bread and coffee‼️

🧡 Tua Thong Thai Restaurant
During my trip to Melbourne, Australia, I stayed in a place called Preston, which is a little bit away from the city. So I explored a good restaurant in the Preston area. It was a Thai restaurant called Tua Thong Thai Restaurant, which my Thai friend recommended.
I ordered seafood fried rice, grilled pork neck, fried noodles, and two bottles of Thai beer, and paid $84. It wasn't cheap, but it was delicious. I had a bite of grilled pork with a cold beer as an appetizer, and it felt like the fatigue of the day was gone. The fried rice was also full of seafood.
Also, the fried noodles were salty and delicious. Everyone from the chef to the server was Thai, so I felt like I was visiting Thailand.
There are a lot of Asian restaurants in Preston, near Melbourne, Australia, but if you want Thai food, visit Tua Thong Thai Restaurant 🧡
🇦🇺 Croissant restaurant LUNE in Melbourne, Australia

🥐 LUNE Croissanterie fitzroy
I finally visited LUNE Croissanterie, which is often mentioned when searching for Melbourne travel. There are 3 branches in Melbourne, so you can search on the map and go to the one closest to you. I visited in the morning, and there were a lot of customers, so I had to wait about 10 minutes to order. However, the croissant came out within 1 minute of ordering, so I was able to eat it right away.
I ordered an almond croissant, and I thought it was expensive because it was over 11 dollars for one croissant, but I didn't regret the money when I saw the generous amount of almonds.
I took a bite, and it was crunchy and soft inside, and it was really delicious. And there was something like nut jam inside, but it wasn't too sweet, so it was just right.
If you're traveling to Melbourne, you must try the Rune Croissant 🥐🧡
There are standing tables so you can eat while standing, so I ate there. Since most people usually take it to go, there were plenty of seats left at the standing tables.

Lune, a buttery, crispy almond croissant with a chewy texture 🫶
🔸️ Melbourne, Australia Fitzroy `Lune Croissant`
Lune Croissanterie Fitzroy
📍119 Rose St, Fitzroy VIC 3065 Australia
✔️ Almond Croissant that you must eat at least once when you visit Melbourne (the downside is that you can't finish it after eating it once..🫠)
✔️ Since the city Lune is said to have a long wait from the opening,
If you have the right route, it might be a good idea to go to Fitzroy Lune. I was lucky enough to get in without waiting😌
✔️ All the bakery items are famous for being delicious,
but the almond croissant is the best menu!
✔️ Buttery-flavored, layered, crispy style croissant. If you like something light and full of flavor, I recommend Plain / If you like something savory and sweet, I recommend Almond 🫶
The price is a bit expensive compared to Melbourne's prices,
but when I tried it, there was a reason why I waited in line and bought that much 😉

✔️ You can order donuts, sandwiches, toast, coffee/drinks, etc.
✔️ The exterior of the red brick building with posters + graffiti,
When you enter, you feel like you're in a foreign countryㅋㅋ
That kind of hip atmosphere 😉
✔️ It was different from the toast I used to eat in Korea,
but the crispy texture of the toast and the fillings went well together
✔️ They say the pickle & beef toast is the best menu,
I personally thought it was a bit salty,
and the mushroom melt was more delicious😋
✔️ If you want to eat something fresh and healthy,
I recommend FRESH (sandwiches)

🇦🇺Melbourne Mont Blanc Coffee Shop, Good Measure
#HotelAccommodationEvent
GoodMeasure is said to be operated as a cafe during the day and a bar at night!
Compared to Australian cafes that close early,
it is operated as a bar, so it is open until night!
I looked up the exact business hours,
but they change every public holiday, so they don't show up properlyㅠㅠ
If you go in through the back door,
there are also outdoor seats!
I ordered the most famous menu at GoodMeasure Cafe,
Mont Blanc Coffee Iced!
Mont Blanc Coffee costs 8 Australian dollars,
which is about 7,000 won, so it's not cheap :)
After you take a seat, you order at the counter,
and they bring it to your seat.
Mont Blanc Coffee is a cold brew with cream on top,
and the coffee beans are very light and refreshing,
and the acidity is on the sour side,
and I could smell a lot of orange citrus,
whether it's because of the coffee beans or the cream! Personally, it was 'ho'
The cream layer was very thick,
so I didn't have to eat it all first, which was nice
If you're looking for a delicious coffee place near Fitzroy,
you should definitely try Good Measure Mont Blanc Coffee!

🇦🇺Melbourne Brunch Spot, Higher Ground

I visited Higher Ground, a famous brunch cafe in Melbourne!
Enter Higher Ground, which has a great combination of brick-colored bricks and khaki-colored iron gates!
I visited in a hurry, so I didn't make a reservation,
and I visited alone as a walk-in
I visited around 9 am on a weekday,
and as expected, there were a lot of people,
as expected of a famous brunch cafe
There was a waiting line because it was a famous restaurant,
but the turnover seemed to be fast
Since there are seats on the second floor,
the ceiling is very high and the windows are large,
it didn't feel stuffy, which was nice
✨Spanner Crab Benedict
$32 (+$4 if you add caviar)
I was looking for a menu on Naver Blog,
and I ordered Spanner Crab Benedict because it was recommended!
This menu is served with crab meat, poached eggs, and béarnaise sauce on toasted Danish bread.
✨Latte
$5.50
Higher Ground's coffee beans are not too sour, so they were perfect for my taste!
Ricotta pancakes are the most famous among Koreans,
and locals eat eggs on sourdough the most.
If I visit again next time, I'll try the ricotta pancakes!

Restaurants in Melbourne where you can taste Malaysian food - Petaling street
#Overseas travel #Melbourne restaurants #Australia travel
Melbourne is a multi-ethnic city, so it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that
people from many countries live together.
So you can taste dishes that are closely related to the lives of many countries around the world.
I went to a restaurant called Petaling Street in Melbourne to try Malaysian food, which I had never been to,
at the recommendation of a local.
It was a meaningful time to have a new experience
as it was my first time trying Malaysian food.

What does Sichuan food taste like in Melbourne? Dainty Sichuan Food 天府川菜馆
#Overseas travel #Melbourne travel #Melbourne restaurants #Sichuan cuisine
I will introduce you to an authentic Sichuan restaurant in Melbourne, Australia.
The name of the restaurant is Dainty Sichuan Food 天府川菜馆
- South Yarra Store
Let me briefly describe it.
First of all, it is a very exotic food to me.
It is very spicy and salty,
but it definitely has a mysterious charm.
Because there are many Chinese immigrants in Australia due to its regional characteristics,
it is a great attraction that you can enjoy the food you can taste in mainland China here in Melbourne.
If you like Sichuan food,
I think it would be good to visit it at least once.

Must-Try Rune Croissants in Melbourne, Australia
#Overseas travel #Australia travel #Melbourne travel #Melbourne restaurants #Melbourne cafes
If you are planning a trip to Melbourne or are searching for a Melbourne restaurant, you must have heard of Rune Croissant!
Rune Croissant is famous for its croissant and is rumored to be the most delicious croissant restaurant in the world, and is a Melbourne restaurant loved by both locals and tourists.
Luckily, it was located right in front of the Grand Hyatt Melbourne where I was staying, so I went to eat right away in the morning.
Rune Croissant in downtown Melbourne is located on Collins Street.
The main store of Rune Croissant is in the Fitzroy area, so it is a little far from the city.
They also sell other types of pastries like Mont Blanc in addition to croissants, so I had a hard time deciding what to order while waiting in line.
They bake them right in the store, so the smell of the bread was so tempting.
Finally, my ordering order came!!
The must-order menu at Rune Croissant is the almond croissant!!
Something inside looked so delicious.
And it was really delicious.
Is this the taste of heaven..?
It wasn't for nothing that they say it's the most delicious croissant in the world.
If you come to Rune Croissant, you absolutely must order the almond croissant!
And the lemon curd I ate didn't taste as good as I thought because the lemon sauce inside was too sweet.
This is not a recommended menu!
Rune Croissant, introduced as a must-eat course at a Melbourne restaurant! It's a croissant restaurant you'll regret not going to!

Rune Croissant, Melbourne Open Run 2nd Edition
If I don't wake up early, I feel like I'll have to wait in line for a long time, so I ran to the Rune Croissant as soon as I opened my eyes.
The price is really evil, but it tastes good.
However, if you wait a long time to eat, you'll probably get annoyed.
I think there was a kimchi flavor, too, and they say it tastes better than you'd think.

During my free trip to Melbourne, I was craving Korean food, so I went to a Korean restaurant called 'By Korea' :)
When I travel abroad, I always crave Korean food..
I went to a Korean restaurant called By Korea located in an alley in Melbourne's Chinatown!
It's located in an alley, but you can easily find it if you use Google Maps
There weren't many Koreans in Melbourne,
but the ratio of foreigners to Koreans was 9:1, so there were an overwhelming number of foreigners!
I ordered soft tofu stew,
and the shrimp were plump and the squid was chewy,
