🇫🇷Why I liked Marseille in the South of France in the summer🇫🇷
#FebruaryTravelSupportEvent
I suddenly remembered my trip to the South of France last summer. I had no time to spare because I had planned to travel all the way to Paris. However, in the South of France, there was nothing set in stone except for soccer, and I decided where to go almost spontaneously, so I was able to travel leisurely. I liked it better because I didn't wear makeup and felt like a local☺️ In particular, Marseille was a memorable city because it wasn't as scary as I had worried about, and everyone lived happily, which was typical of the South of France.
1. I ate Southern French cuisine at Restaurant Le relais 50 in front of the old port of Marseille, and the bisque was really delicious✨
2. I wanted to eat flat peaches, so I went to buy flat peaches. The streets of Marseille were really pretty, so I was excited. 3. Take the mini train up to Notre Dame at Les Petits Trains de Marseille
4. Watch the Egypt vs. Paraguay soccer match at the Marseille Stadium wearing a French T-shirt
5. The best thing about Marseille, Ballon des Joffes🫶🏽
6. The sunset I saw every day at the old port🌅
How great would it be if I could go to the South of France again - If you're planning a trip to the South of France in the summer, Marseille is a must.🇫🇷

Paradise on the southern coast
#myhiddengems
If you happen to be in Marseilles and looking for a fantastic day trip. This turquoise water gem, Cassis would make for a perfect choice. Actually given what it offers and what it costs, I would even recommend a stay here. Amongst my favourite destinations in the south of France. This decently priced coastal town with its season side charms and visuals, has even been called the poor man's st. tropez.
A drive from Marseilles would typically take you about 40 minutes or if you are on your own. I took a train from Marseille that didn't cost much and only took about 20-25 minutes. I had met a family here that came straight from the airport by taxi. I think that's a great idea too and might set you back by 100 bucks or so but very convenient.
Cassis, besides it own sights is also located nearby some places of tourist interest. I was lucky that it was lavender season and so visited the neighbouring town of Aix en Provence. There is the option of La ciotat as well. In terms of local sights and transport. There is the usual set of churches, vineyards dn castles worthy of a visit. I comfortably did that with public buses. The food was a delight as with most of France. All in all, such a satisfying stay in all fronts.

A Gem on the Mediterranean coast
#myhiddengems
Collioure, set along the Côte Vermeille is amongst the lost spectacular of stops on this stretch of the Mediterranean coast. While closer to the spanish border, it still retains a very french influence. I visited Collioure on a day trip from Perpignan where i was hosted by a friend for almost a week.
While trains would have been slightly faster. I was closer to the bus stop. And so I decided on it. It cost me only a Euro and took me an hour, but it was pleasant. I got dropped a few steps away from the Collioure beach. This was the end of October so the weather was just perfect. The beach front is shallow and backed by a row of palm trees that are a reminder you’re in southern France.
Once through with strolling across the Beachfront. I followed the waterfront to the north past the stone walls of Château Royal de Collioure. This large castle complex is impossible to ignore, as it’s a towering obstacle between the beach and the centre of town. Continue past the chateau and you’ll reach the marina and centre of town. The whole area by the water feels so gentle and relaxed, that you’ll likely feel yourself slow down to match the mood.
This was followed by visiting the hilly centre of town. It had little alleys with charming staircases full of plants. Very colorful at this time of year. Back down on the main waterfront of the town by the Plage des Pêcheurs lies the Church of Our Lady of the Angels. This historic church is perhaps the most famous landmark of Collioure.
Lastly, once you are past the Church of Our Lady of the Angels, you reach a small headland sticking out into the bay. On either side of it are simple beaches, with the small Chapelle Saint-Vincent alone out on its rocky point.

MENTÓN 🍋
Beautiful city! You can easily reach by train from Nice. The old town is stunning. Great restaurants. The beach is great and perfect for kids with showers in the seashore.
You can do just one day trip or spend some days in one of the nice hostels in the town.
I personally visited Monaco in the morning and Menton in the afternoon.
I hardly recommend that you try the traditional lemonade 🍋

A garden filled with cacti and statues of women 🌵 A must-visit town in Eze in southern France😝
Except for Left Manton and Monaco
The town of Eze is a place worth visiting in Southern France😍
📌Eze town
Take bus 82 from Nice to and from Eze
As for the other way you can take the train to Eze station
Then walk back up from the sea
But it should be very tiring 🥲 so I suggest you take the bus 🚌
It is recommended to reserve half a day to come here
You can go back to Nice for a walk the rest of the time😝
Eze needs to receive an admission fee
There are student ticket options ~ I can't remember the price 🫠
It is a cactus botanical garden full of flowers and trees
There are also many photo spots
It is recommended that you choose a day with good weather to come 🥹
The photo was not very beautiful when the clouds were dark that day 😅
You can walk to different places via the signs at his place
There are even small waterfalls and caves facing the sea
Just walk up through the stone path (or follow someone up 😂) and you're there
There are places to buy tickets everywhere along the way
No need to buy tickets in advance 🫶🏻
If you can't buy it, you can buy tickets at the entrance 😝

The mango-colored southern French city of Mangtong🇫🇷
If you ask me where my favorite French city is
I wouldn’t answer Paris❌ nor Nice
But I will answer Mango 💛🧡
The reason is that I love the colors of the entire city
Yellow gives a sense of clarity
and people you meet locally 🥹
📌Menton
It costs 5.9 Euro by train from Nice
Mang Tong is really suitable for a half-day trip
Because this place is too mini 🤣
There is only one famous attraction
It would be too boring for a day trip
💛Basilique et escaliers
In fact, upstairs is a light yellow church
The stairs walking up from the seaside are really great for taking pictures🤪
Plus the weather was good that day😌
It's especially beautiful to take pictures from different angles
You can still see the alley at the top
The houses on both sides are yellow and orange 🥰
On the way here from the train station
are seen many small shops and yellow toned houses
It's weekdays come to Mangtong is even more crowded hehe
Other than here the beach across the street is great for walking
Emphasize that it is finally at the beach not the rocky beach🫥
And when it comes to mango is lemon🍋 mango🙅🏻♀️
I didn't buy a lemon as a souvenir
However, nearby small shops offer similar souvenirs
I heard that there is also a Mang Tong Lemon Festival 🤣
🍽️La Cabane Plage
At that time in March the temperature was about 20 degrees
But sitting in this restaurant near the sea on the beach is really cold 🥶
There is an English menu at least without using Google translate
The menu has more salads
I ate a salmon pasta
The taste is good and his pasta is really special
However, it was really cold and silly so the experience was messy
If you like sunbathing, there is a special location for you😎
The next article talks about Monaco on the same day
(Not Morocco🤓)
