This is a good museum, even if it is slightly slanted to the Japanese. Very informative with some really good exhibits. The exhibits seem to be gathering and there is no attempt to rejuvenate them from time to time. There are a few interesting exhibits though and it's worth a few photos. The first floor is dedicated to the memory of the Second World War since Kelantan is one of the two entry points for the Japanese force and the first to fall. The open courtyard is currently still under maintenance for unknown time. The second floor holds some objects from the Kelantan's past and unfortunately poorly curated unlike the war exhibition. The museum in the Handicrafts Village of Kota Bharu is one of the places worth visiting while in Kelantan. It gives a very good overview of Kelantanese Batik, its particularities and different patterns. A very informative and interesting village. You also can learn history of Kelantan Batik handmade. Even, you can get a great experience to learn batik paintings here. There are few shops selling souvenirs with reasonable price. There is also a restaurant selling food which is famous in Kota Bharu, Restoran Nasi Ulam Cikgu. You should come here if you are visiting Kota Bharu. We spent about an hour in the museum and the adjacent buildings and found the place being informative, clean and well maintained. A giant traditional Malay headgear replica a top the main entrance welcomes visitors to Muzium Adat. Three exhibition floors devoted to customs and culture of every ethnic group in Malaysia. A very good place to learn about the different customs in malaysia. I was impressed with the exhibits which were beyond my expectations. Due to its location in Negeri Sembilan, I thought it was all about adat perpatih, but how wrong I was. Pay a visit and you wont be disappointed. One of the highly rated 5 star hotel in Seremban. The outlook of the hotel and the interior really feels 5 star hotel. We had a good experience at Royale Chulan Penang and decided to go for Royale Chulan Seremban and we were not disappointed. Location is good and its well maintained and kept up to standard. The staff were pleasant at check in which was fast. The suite we stayed were spacious with balcony. Toilet and bathroom was clean. Counter staff were helpful and friendly. As we drove, parking is important for us. Basement parking has ample lots. This is definitely a go-to hotel chain that I can trust to have a good night rest while travelling. History lovers must come here to get more information about Raja Rembau, migration and how the tribes came to be in Negeri Sembilan. The replica of Istana Raja Melewar located in Astana Raja road leads to Lubuk China Malacca. There are various artifacts and historical articles complete with descriptions. Educational and very interesting looking back at the history of Negri Sembilan.But location was a bit far.It should have been in Rembau town. It is only take about 15 minutes was enough to look around unless you really love history it might take up to few hours. I found this through Google while browsing Attractions in area. Great colourful art. Shame that parked cars are sometimes blocking it, but understand people work and life here too. The drawings are beautiful but I wished the government would do more to make the area more lively like allowing food shops to open into the art street. It is better if traffic is not allowed on this road. Please make it safer for visitors and tourists to enjoy and explore the great street art. Majlis Perbandaran Seremban (MPS) can play the big role here in order to enhance and promote it as a prominent attraction in town as well as make it safer for tourists. The most attractive tourist spot in Port Dickson is this Ostrich farm. The animals are super hungry. Many animals are found here that is ostrich, birds, peacocks, Lamb, Guinea pigs, hamster, cow, donkey, rabbits, horses, goose, dinosaurs and many more . Remember to bring your sunscreen and mosquito repellent as this place is swarmed with flys and mosquitos. The staff there really friendly and nice too. The dinosaur farm is also another attractive spot inside the farm. The entrance ticket is RM20 for adult and RM15 for kid or senior citizen, and this is not including the dinosaur park and animal feed. I hope the farm can be well maintained and lasting. One of the best choice for Malay cuisine restaurant to go. The incredible choices for the menu were so good, even the price quite pricey. Also, the main attraction was the bakers station which a lots of choice for the cakes and dessert. The atmosphere is top notch here, you can choose naturally aired area or air-conditioned area. Both are clean and spacious. They have a lot of kuih like karipap, cakes, tarts. It's a complete restaurant cafe that has food and desserts. Toilets are very clean, functioning and no unpleasant smell. The track are beginner friendly but there are also a more challenging track. Journey to the peak takes around 30 min one way. Recommended for everyone even kids can climb up the rocks under supervision. Recommended to wear gloves when going up the rocks since it has sharp edges too. If you are afraid of height & have balancing issue, be careful when you are going to takes pictures. You can also have a lot of fresh air breath here. The best beach need to visit is Monkey Bay due to clear water and soft sand. The main attraction for anyone coming on holiday in Port Dickson. This Phantasy Farm offers a valuable experience on a 4 acre farm. Although the entrance fee is quite expensive for adults and children, but the feeling and experience of getting to know and playing with these animals is really not felt. The entry ticket includes mosquito repellant, very thoughtful of them. The large farm allows them to make a various fenced animal stations and is guarded by an experienced and knowledgeable keeper. Most of these animals can be held and fed. The animal looked well taken care of and healthy. It is also a great place for photograph, very Instagramable. Most of the animals are tame. We had a lovely and very informative visit to the farm. All the staff working there were very knowledgeable about the pineapples and other fruits and told us a lot about the harvest, various kinds of pineapples. The entry ticket per person RM15, including the round trip and one bottle of pineapple juice. Rabbits and Goose are also available at the farm to play with. Managed to catch a glimpse and carry little new born bunnies. You will definitely have a great time at the farm and take lots of pretty pictures including the famous sky ladder ones. Returning to the resort for the second time within 3 years. Great place to rest of your mind from busy day. The room facing the sea is very nice and huge. Room very clean, toilet also very clean. The facilities was great for both kids and adults. The only downside is the location is a bit far from Port Dickson town. Hotel has a direct access to private beach which was clean and water was quite clear. This hotel also is not that expensive compared to the other 5 star hotels around Port Dickson, so this is value for money. Really statisfied with the service and facilities provided. I had a wonderful experience here. I booked the sea view resort. Firstly the price of the resort is cheap compare to other famous resorts. Although it is cheap the room is fantastic. The room is spacious and has a big balcony. The hotel offers a moderate room rate with spacious rooms and a reasonably sized swimming pool. The pool is big and clean, the pool towels have to get it from reception. Fair enough since there is no lifeguards on duty and understaff. There is a water machine provided in the lobby for guest to refill water. There are private swimming pools and a private beach. The location of the resort is quite near to a few attractions. This is the biggest Army Museum in country as far as I knew. The articles and contents displayed are precious and of educational value mostly for new generation. Admission is free but you can make a donation inside. Many army vehicles and weapon on display and mostly the old ones. There were a few indoor museums as well if you need to escape the sun. They also have a special tunnel for you to walk in and experience during the war. It is a must place to visit. If you have seen some of the soldier is around, you also can take pictures with them too. I spend almost two hours to view the exhibition. There's also a small garden at the back of the museum with many trees and a few gazebos providing good shades. Overall, very educational and very suitable for kids. I recently stayed at a resort and found it to be comfortable and worth the cost. The hotel staff were very helpful throughout my stay. The staff was able to help us to check in early and we were able to get a room on the ground floor which was very helpful. The stay was very pleasant. The rooms are comfortable and I liked the touch of the hair dryer being detached, so I could plug it in to where ever I sat. The fridge in the room was a good size. The swimming pool was fine to cool off in as a dip, but not deep enough to swim in. Good location very near to Pantai Cenang. All in all there overall service was exceptional and we had a brilliant stay. Definitely worth a visit while in Langkawi. A really great experience if you are wanting to learn about how rice fields are used. The whole area is walkable and gives you a sense of calm and serenity. There are pictures depicting how padi is planted and harvested and the tools used by padi farmers. I think there is an audio visusl room showing videos of the entire process as well. There are also many sections specially designed for photography. The whole area is clean and well kept. The paddy fields were in full bloom with the seedlings growing strong and sturdy. Underwater World is well worth the money and time. It offers a mesmerizing array of marine life to admire, making it a delightful experience for anyone fascinated by aquatic wonders. This places is packed with animals. From little critters to a big fish. There are even birds walking freely around in one section, a mini waterfall and penguins. Pizza Hill was quite the discovery. From its amazing location, to the amazing and imaginative pizza range, the excellent service down to the cute pet duck. One of the most enjoyable eating experiences I have ever had. We ordered two pizzas that were absolutely delectable. The dough was light and fluffy with just the right texture. The honey complemented the locally-sourced Langkawi cheeses very well, which added a richness of flavour that was well-balanced and delicate. I can easily recommend this experience to anyone looking for fine dining with that extra something. The hotel deserves more than 5 starts, just a perfect place to spend a short holiday, the hotel is super clean and comfortable and luxury. The hotel itself is beautiful. It has its own private beach and amazing swimming pool with the view of the sea and mountains. There is a more shallow section also for kids. The staff at Dana Hotel were amazing. It is a good chance to explore the beautiful scene of geoforest park in Langkawi. If you want to go there you can take a boat ride. Look for a mangrove tour. It can take either 2 hour or 4 hour tour depending on the package. Worth the money for the boat ride. Got to see eagle feeding, Gua Kelawar, stop at a beach for swimming and river cruising. The eagle feeding was spectacular and beyond words. The driver of boat explained various mountains as well. Overall, we really enjoyed the view during this tour. Langkawi Cable is the most attractive visit place. A must to visit when you are in langkawi. One of the iconic place. We need to take Cable car ride to the top of sky bridge. Morning visit feel cooling and windy weather. The best panoramic view of the surrounding islands and sea. Recommend to take tickets only when you are at the place as their won’t be any refund and entry to sky bridge is closed if there is any rain. Always try to go in morning hours to avoid crowds and rain in the evenings. This is a nice spot for a serene breakfast besides the paddy field. The service was fast. Delicious food and they have a lot of varieties of food and kuih muih. This is one of the eatery in Langkawi where they put effort into introducing local culture. You can take photos with traditional Malay house, rice field and cashier uncle that wearing traditional clothing. Besides paddy field and mountain view, their decor fills with antique and old-great grand stuffs. Wall of fame full with nasi dagang news in the media. There is two stop, first stop at lower there is more beautiful waterfall as you can see from my photos, another stop in more up you need to climb, that also is nice having a different experience. We went top for 1 hour, and came down to enjoy the rest. Both stop having a toilet. On top there is also a glass bottom bridge you take photo. Would recommend wearing proper shoes over, although the locals trek in flip flops. Pretty steep, stone stairs, can be fairly slippery. Actually I feel both up and down waterfall are safe, as long we take precautions. At the waterfall entrance there are few shop selling snack, drink and coffee. Parking fees per entry is Rm2 and is safe. When we go up you can choose either stairs or road. I highly recommend this resort. It is a beautiful resort with many and diverse plants directly on the beach with a great view. The beach is extremely beautiful with private access from the property. The private beach is very clean and beautiful, ong stretch of soft sand of Pantai Cenang. Surprisingly there is a black rock formations at the far end of the private beach that is good for beach photography. Facilities are all up and running on time and the ambience is totally captivating. Rooms and baths are clean and well maintained. Overall experience is good. I will recommend to stay in this resort if you like the beach and enjoy the sunset. An iconic place to visit in regards to the legendary story of Mahsuri and her curse. You can visit her tomb, view many old stuff such as weaponry, clothing, etc with explanations. Some buildings replicating the houses of people during Mahsuri's time also available on site. A good place to learn about history of the legend of Langkawi, Mahsuri. With a fee RM12, your presence welcome by a group of Malay culture like gamelan, congkak, the replica of Kedah Kampung house, the local kuih with how to make it on spot. You will feel like you are living in that era, traditional time while you here. Plus, its in front of paddy field so, you will see a great green scenery. Very natural and calming. We had our lunch at Pia and ordered a few dishes. All of them were amazingly creamy and good. It’s not a very heavy Indian food and yet great taste. The rendang was good. I like the fish, it was tender and spicy with a kick. I liked that this restaurant was quite authentic and did not seem to completely cater to western tastes. The mixed vegies was another favourite. The decorations were amazing. Classic yet suits the vibe around the area. Lots of water features, greens and hills and padi fields near. There was a very soothing water dripping sound that constantly permeated the place. It helped you to take in the place and enjoy the experience of dining. The service was good, which was expected with the way the restaurant tried to present itself. Came here on tuesday, parking is free. For waterpark the price is only rm15 for adult. Locker’s fee is only rm5 but you need to pay rm15 for deposit rm10. Relatively cheap for a water park and you get enough pool and slide with that amount of money that you pay. I guess this place was built for JB local people because just a small waterpark and if you come from outside, go to Legoland probably more worth it traveling. No outside food or drinks because the staff will checked your beg. Nice place to relax with friends and family, with music.
