Trinity College in Cambridge is a true masterpiece, both historical and architectural. The grandeur of the great court alone is enough to take your breath away. It is one of the largest enclosed courts in Europe, and its sheer size makes you feel like you are part of something bigger. Founded by Henry VIII in 2546, the college is steeped in history, and you can feel it in every stone. The chapels, libraries, and gardens all add to Trinity's charm, making it a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city outside. The College's alumni list speaks for itself: from Newton to Byron to Turing, you are surrounded by a legacy of world changing ideas. Highly recommended.
Open daily from time: 10:00am to 17:00pm

Flash Cambridge
28/8/2023
traffic:
A 17:27 train ticket to Cambridge was purchased from King cross train station in order to rush one more attraction, costing around £20.
Arrive at Cambridge around 1845. To feel the atmosphere along the way, we choose to take the left along regent street to Cambridge university. There are different churches, buildings along the way, after entering the college, although the day sunset at 19:56, unfortunately most colleges have been temporarily accepted visits, however outside the door pat "check-in" can satisfy a small part.
The first checkpoint is rumored to be a mathematical bridge designed by "Newton";
King’s College is “enclosed and forcibly inspected” and cannot be photographed;
The next stop is Great St Mary’s Church, where information online says you can climb the tower, but to go up the 123 steps, you have to try it sometimes;
Then there’s Gonville & Caius College across the street, where the left pod is used as the foreground to enhance the layering.
In fact, there are different restaurants along the way, cross streets are very characteristic, and you can stay in different colleges and feel the Cambridge university students boating on the Kang River, you can expect most of the day to explore.
Local attractions: The University of Cambridge, of course. (Trinity College, St John’s College)
Finally that day I boarded the 21:14 train back to King cross station.
