#cherryblossom2024 The fastest cherry blossoms in Japan is known as Kawazakura, literally meaning that Sakura(Cherry Blossoms in Japanese) in Kawazu town. Kawazu sakura starts blooming in February and you can enjoy full blossoms from late February until early and mid March. I went to Kawazu town to enjoy those cherry blossoms festival this year, and it was an amazing experience. As you can see, Kawazu sakura has stronger pink colour than those blooming late and you can take wonderful pictures. It was like they were waiting to give happiness to those who visited. It was a very heartwarming travel experience🥰 In fact, on a clear day, you can also see Mt. Fuji🗻. But yesterday, it was cloudy and there was no sun, so I didn't see Mt. Fuji. Last month there was a sakura festival in auburn. The duration of the festival should be around 10 days, it is kind of short but I guess it is due to sakura. As a flower, it doesn't last long. The place of event called Auburn Royal Botanical Garden, which you can visit by riding a bus from the station, it took around 10 min or so. The place was quite beautiful, with so many greenery and blooming flowers. Inside there, there is also a small zoo, I guess. They have wallaby, peacock, and other animals. I think I was quite lucky to be able to see the peacock when it speading it tails.
