Kawazu Sakura festival in Japan
#cherryblossom2024
The fastest cherry blossoms in Japan is known as Kawazakura, literally meaning that Sakura(Cherry Blossoms in Japanese) in Kawazu town. Kawazu sakura starts blooming in February and you can enjoy full blossoms from late February until early and mid March.
I went to Kawazu town to enjoy those cherry blossoms festival this year, and it was an amazing experience. As you can see, Kawazu sakura has stronger pink colour than those blooming late and you can take wonderful pictures.
It took less than 2 hours by train from Tokyo to Kawazu town, which means that you can do a one day trip. #sakurafestival #Kawazu
🌸matsuda city cherry blossom festival 🌸
The Matsuda City Cherry Blossom Festival or Matsuda Sakura Festival is considered the first #Sakura2024 festival of the year, which is exciting and has a warm atmosphere during the spring season in Matsuda City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan🇯🇵. It is very popular with tourists during this time😊
🌸The cherry blossoms here are of the Kawazu Sakura variety, which has its own unique characteristics. It is a cherry blossom that blooms earlier than other varieties. The flowers are large and bright pink. They usually bloom between early February and early March of each year.
🌸The day I went, there were a lot of people and long lines both going up and down. But the cherry blossoms were so beautiful that it was worth the wait. I was not disappointed at all. The cherry blossoms were in full bloom, with a soft pink color, alternating with the bright yellow of the Nanohana flowers. It was soooooo beautiful. It was like they were waiting to give happiness to those who visited. It was a very heartwarming travel experience🥰 In fact, on a clear day, you can also see Mt. Fuji🗻. But yesterday, it was cloudy and there was no sun, so I didn't see Mt. Fuji. If you meet it, it must be very beautiful. 😊

Sakura festival in Sydney
Last month there was a sakura festival in auburn. The duration of the festival should be around 10 days, it is kind of short but I guess it is due to sakura. As a flower, it doesn't last long. The place of event called Auburn Royal Botanical Garden, which you can visit by riding a bus from the station, it took around 10 min or so. The place was quite beautiful, with so many greenery and blooming flowers. Inside there, there is also a small zoo, I guess. They have wallaby, peacock, and other animals. I think I was quite lucky to be able to see the peacock when it speading it tails. It was a good sight. all and all, it was a fun experience to see sakura and peacock 🦚 🌸.
