#dubaitrip Our Christmas in Dubai was an unforgettable experience. The city, with its towering skyscrapers and extravagant malls, was beautifully decorated with festive lights and holiday displays. We visited the iconic Dubai Mall, which had a magnificent Christmas tree . The weather was mild, a pleasant escape, allowing us to enjoy outdoor activities. On Christmas Eve, we enjoyed a lavish dinner at a hotel, complete with seasonal delicacies. Though Dubai doesn't have the traditional snow-filled Christmas, the atmosphere was warm, vibrant, and full of joy, making our holiday season truly magical. Surrounded by friends, we immersed ourselves in relaxation and laughter amidst the grandeur of Budapest's iconic thermal baths. Established in 1895, Du Hsiao Yueh is known for its Dan Zai Noodles 擔仔麵. The origin of this dish was when the founder (a fisherman) selling noodles instead of fresh seafood during the off season thus the name. The unassuming bowl of noodles (NTD50) beckons with a rich aroma and savory allure. Egg noodles mixed with seasoned minced pork sauce, vinegar and one shrimp. It is a more watery compared to the Dan Dan Noodles we are used to. Highlights of this meal include the golden crisp Deep Fried Shrimp Rolls, sweet Milk-Fish Stomach Soup and their tender Braised Pork Knuckle.
