Laka Leke- a lovely hideaway restaurant famous for serving crispy duck - is situated near the Monkey Forest in Central Ubud. Seatings are in the open-air garden under thatched huts with view of lotus pond and rice fields , while listening to birds chirping in the background. Customers may choose the private huts with a smaller table and straw mat and cushions seatings , or the larger and more comfortable table with chairs. We went there for dinner so couldn’t see some of the distant views. However, the outdoor seatings were considerably cooler at night and perfect for dinner. We ordered half portion of the famous crispy duck with rice , and the spicy prawn which was amazingly delicious. The duck was deep fried and therefore crispy on the outside but still maintained it’s juicy meat. The duck was on the small size- just slightly bigger than a spring chicken. So even lighter eaters should be able to finish the entire portion . We especially loved the fried tofu , spring rolls and gado gado with peanut sauce. Seed Eatry is located at Jalan Raya Pengosekan, Ubud, Gianyar, Bali. The characteristics of this restaurant is its menu which is a combination of Chinese and Thai food. I ordered 3 meals that surprisingly so delicious. There are: Rixe Paper Rolls, Fresh Oyster, & Chicken Fried Rice. The main highlight of the meals is Oyster. It was so fresh and melted in the mouth. Bali is popular for their crispy duck also known as Bebek. If you are visiting Ubud, then you are in for a treat. One restaurant that you have to head to is Bebek Joni which is located at Jl. Raya Goa Gajah, Peliatan, Kecamatan Ubud, Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali 80582, Indonesia. They have 3 kinds of duck that is cooked either deep fried, smoked or grilled with their special sauce. We ordered the crispy duck and the smoked duck. All set comes with rice, sate and their home made vegetable. Of course being popular doesn't come at a price friendly. Literally a cheap price for a Pizza. Dinner time while we stay in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia. We look for a place to eat and found @Mamma Mia (Pengosakan) restaurant. They mostly served pizza and pasta. The price is cheap for this big pizza worth or only 11.21 dollars, by the way we also orders others on it which already includes in 11.21sgd.
