Kat KL ada Mid Valley, kat Baling ada Weng Valley. Never have I thought a trip to Weng Valley can be such a memorable one. Nestled in the scenic landscapes of Baling, Kedah, Weng Valley is definitely a hidden gem where you should explore. During our trip here, we were spoilt with local delights like kuih cucur jawa, kuih bingka sawit, peknga and roti Arab as well as some Baling specialty, Gulai Daging Batang Pisang and more. The Lebah Kelulut Weng Valley bee farm was a buzzing hive of excitement. I got up close and personal with the world of stingless bees, not to mention tasting some of their honey and sipping on fresh honey! To me, the stingless bee honey tasted a little bit sourish sweet and it taste good when added into coffee. The villagers here are very friendly and welcomed us with embracing smiles and chats. I also amazed with some beautiful houses that are decorated with upcycle goods! Riding the ATV into the oil palm plantation makes this trip all-worthy.
