During my trip to the small city of Takamatsu, I visited my favorite destination, a rural area called Ajicho. This place, which served as a filming location for the movie 'Crying Out Love in the Center of the World,' is not well-known among Koreans but is famous among Japanese as the 'Sekachu' filming site. If you've seen the movie, I highly recommend visiting this spot. After exploring the filming locations, I stayed overnight at an onsen. The dinner, breakfast, open-air bath, and the ocean view were absolutely the best part of my trip. If you take the bus, I recommend staying at Ajikanko Hotel Uminoyadori, located at the final stop.

One of the highlights of this place is the wide variety of meats you can enjoy. Personally, I found the marinated beef and tripe to be the most delicious. The flavor was exceptional, especially since you can grill it fresh right after ordering. Another great feature is that they sell kimchi, which you can order to enjoy alongside your meal. Many people want to have unique experiences when traveling abroad. In that case, how about trying a boat ride in Takamatsu, Japan?! This is Ritsurin Garden! You can take the boat in the picture and tour the entire park. So, if you don't feel like walking or moving around a lot, you can take this boat and have a unique experience. I also took this ride, and I didn't get seasick or anything, so I highly recommend trying it at least once!

This is Ritsurin Garden located in Takamatsu, Kagawa Prefecture, Japan!! There is an entrance fee, but it's worth it as you can explore the area with a map. I also had the experience of riding a boat, and they provided an A4 sheet with explanations in Korean, which made it even better. Every frame I captured with my camera was filled with beautiful scenery, making me feel great. When I got hungry, I could buy snacks like dango, making it a perfect place for a walk. Walking around here, you can feel at one with nature, which is truly wonderful.

This is Kaisen Umaimonya Hamakaido Kajiyamachi, an izakaya located in Takamatsu! I decided to visit this place because of its high ratings, and it truly is a gem. The tempura was delicious, especially the squid tempura, which was incredibly tender. The sashimi was also delightful, with a chewy texture that melted in your mouth. Moreover, all the other dishes were equally tasty, making this a place worth revisiting. If you're ever in Takamatsu and unsure of what to eat, I highly recommend giving this place a try. Also, the hot spring water is really soft, so you can feel your skin becoming soft.
