[Australia] It's like a planet!? 🪐
I visited Nambung National Park, about 200km north of Perth.
You can see the Pinnacles here!
It is believed that in ancient times, shells accumulated in this corner of the seaside, creating a limestone foundation, and after the virgin forest that had deep roots there died, the limestone layers that remained between the roots due to weathering of the earth remained like stone pillars.
It feels like you've wandered into another planet 🪐
📍The Pinnacles Desert
Nambung WA 6521
🚗 2-3 hours by car from central Perth
💰 1,707 yen / person
❤️🔥 If you look closely, each one looks like an animal or character, so I recommend finding your favorite!
You can go by rental car, but it's easier and recommended to go on a tour!
⚠️If the wind is strong, sand will fly around, so it might be a good idea to bring sunglasses!
There seem to be a lot of flies on some days.

The incredibly beautiful sea.
On the way to the Pinnacles Desert, about 140 km north along the west coast from Perth, you'll find the Lancelin Sand Dunes. White sandy beaches, blue sea, and blue sky... I was able to see a very beautiful scenery. If you get tired on the way to the Pinnacles Desert, stop by here for a break and enjoy this view to refresh yourself. There is a parking lot available. I think it's a place worth seeing.
Just like Mars!!
This is the Pinnacles, located about 3-4 hours by car from Perth, the largest city in Western Australia.
To get to the Pinnacles, you can either rent a car yourself or join a local tour!
Since I was overseas, I went on a local tour! For the tour, you can choose between a local guide or a Japanese guide,
and you can choose a course that goes to the Pinnacles during the day or a course that goes to the Pinnacles at sunset🌇 like I did, so there are many options!
This was my second visit, and since the last time I went during the day, I joined this tour this time to see the sunset! The daytime scenery was indescribably mysterious, but the sunset was something else❗️It was a view that you wouldn't believe was on Earth!
If you're lucky, you can see wallabies 🦘 or kangaroos 🦘 along the road or near Nambung National Park ❤️

Breathtaking Natural Formations
Located about 200km north of Perth, Western Australia, accessible by rental car. The sight of numerous limestone pillars standing on the yellow soil, resembling a desert, was truly astonishing. The weather was great, and every view was a picturesque scene. These formations, created by nature over many years, were simply breathtaking. Be cautious while driving, as kangaroos may suddenly jump out onto the road.
