First of all, we studied in China (Jiangsu, Lianyungang). We started our trip by taking the train. We took the train from Lianyungang and changed trains at Xuzhou. It was a sleeper train. It took 23 hours to reach Chongqing on the sleeper train. Hotel—— We chose a shared hotel. The hotel name was Zhi Shuo Youth Hostel (Jiefangbei Hongya Cave Branch). There were rooms for 8 people, 6 people, and 2 people. We chose a 2-person room. The price was 48¥/night. The room was clean and beautiful. The view was very good. 100/10. However, the bathroom was a mixed bathroom for men and women. However, the rooms were separate for men and women. Traveling——We traveled according to the reviews we read. We didn't have any plans. We just went wherever we wanted because we were traveling alone. Most of the time, we go to the landmarks that people like to review, such as Hongyadong (洪崖洞), Jiefangbei Street (解放碑街), Shibati Ancient Village (十八梯), and there are many other places that we haven't been to yet. Traveling in Chongqing——Most people choose to walk to get around in Chongqing, which is the fastest. Even though there are buses, it takes a long time. Because Chongqing is a city in the mountains, using a car means we have to go around and around. If we walk, we can still go to small alleys, which is much faster (for example, walking for 20 minutes, but if we check the time, if we take the bus, it will take up to 50 minutes). Regarding the cost of living (food and drink)—— The prices are quite cheap compared to our city. Most of them are around 8 yuan, and some are around 20 yuan. If it's the price of food at a not-so-famous street food restaurant on the side of the road that is not a tourist area, it will be very cheap. (I'll whisper that the food at haochijie (好吃街-jiefangbei (解放碑街) Food prices are quite high) Overall, if we define Chongqing, it is a city for people who love walking because they can walk a lot and it is more convenient than using a car (there is no subway in the center of Chongqing because it is not a very big city). But traveling to Chongqing is definitely worth it!!! It is a city that I want to go to again and again. Although the walk to Jie Fang Bei is about 10 mins walk but it’s considers very near. The service from the apartment is very good. They have helped my family to hang our clothes to the clothes rack. Furthermore they have washing powder for washing clothes I love this apartment and I will consider to stay there again if I go to Chongqing again
