Finding Mt. Fuji
It was well worth staying overnight to catch a glimpse of Mt. Fuji! I was a at luxury capsule hotel that was right next to a train station. I went three stops away to the Fuji Ladder Town and walked to the pagoda. I was able up go back to that same station and get back to Tokyo in just a couple of hours!
From there, I met my hostel mate at the Gotokuji cat shrine. We continued the cat theme by going to Rarasand Cafe where they had tasty and cute cat shaped treats. We also waited to see the beckoning cat train. It doesn’t come frequently so be sure to check the times. There is also a cafe that has a view of it but you should check their opening hours. They were closed on that day so we just sat at the station.
We went to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building for free aerial views of the city! It wasn’t crowded and it was a gorgeous area with a nice selection of souvenirs.
We finally went to Shibuya at night with another girl from the hostel. We were able to commemorate our time together with a Photo Booth shoot! It was perfect for my scrapbooking!

Top Tips for a Perfect Nara Park Adventure
1. Bring coins: The deer crackers are usually 200 yen a pack (and you’ll want more than one, trust me).
2. Be gentle: Most deer are super sweet, but some can get very enthusiastic about snacks.
3. Wear comfy shoes: The park is huge, and you’ll definitely want to wander.
4. Morning visits = magic: Fewer crowds and the deer are extra active.
5. Keep your maps and papers tucked away: The deer think everything is food (learned that one the hard way... RIP my brochure).

An explore day in Lingshan Giant Buddha
As a foreigner you can easily visit this place but yourself. Bought ticket from the app by simply scanned the QR code in front of the entrance gate (the price is 210¥ whe I visited). The area is quite big, if you don’t have much time or not really into walking, suggest to buy the VIP electric car ticket (also in front of the entrance gate) it’s cost 40¥ and you can asked the driver to bring you to anywhere in the area. Some of the drivers can speak English. Inside of every spot have vegetarian buddhist restaurant, the meals is delicious and muslim friendly #muslim #muslimfriendly #solotravel #solofemaletraveller

Bruce Lee and Me!
Being a fanatic of the late Great Bruce Lee, seeing his statue is a shallow dream of mine. ❤️
Bruce Lee remains the greatest icon of martial arts cinema and a key figure of modern popular media.
Ultimately, he was raised in Hongkong but born in California, USA. He is an actor, director, and instructor whose films and philosophy popularized martial arts in both Western and Eastern cultures in late 1960's and early 70's. Indeed, a pride and joy of Hongkong in the history.
His popular statue (among local and international tourists) is located infront of the Starbucks Reserved in Avenue of Stars, facing the Victoria Harbour in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hongkong.

Considered one of the most popular destination to visit when you are in Hongkong. Temple Street night market offers a wide variety of souvenir items, produce, different goods such as toys, clothes, shoes, etc.etc. ,name it, they probably selling it there on a very cheap price. Price huggling is welcome in the street too. As soon as the sun sets, bunch of kiosks or little shops are set up in the street.
A very lively neighborhood in Yau Ma Tei and Jordan in Kowloon, Hongkong.
Aside from the night market, karaoke machines are visible in the street too as well as fortune tellers. Also, Temple street offers a huge array of food kiosks and restaurants.

Visiting Monster building, HK
One of the newly arising attraction in Hongkong is the ginormous Monster Building!!! 🏫🏫🏫
It's actually a residential complex composed of five connecting structures namely: Montane Mansion, Oceanic Mansion, Fook Cheong building, Yick Fat Building and Yick Cheong Building. It was built on 1960's to offer government-subsidized housing for low-income earners.
Be mesmerized with this giant structure but do not forget people still lives here so be mindful with the noise when you visit.

Two nighter @ Travelodge!
So i went to Hongkong for a weekend. And found this great cozy hotel as i was browsing trip.com. This hotel offers a really spacious room, squeaky clean and most importantly, very affordable stay! Wifi is a fast connector.
Opened in 2013, not too fancy, not too shabby kind of hotel.
Located in Jordan, which is a quieter neighborhood (3-5mins walk from MTR) and opposite the famous Temple street.
I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was indeed a pleasant stay.

Best Ice Cream in Tsim Sha Tsui 😋
For decades, the famous mobile softee ice cream has become one of the most interesting iconic figure in Hongkong. Currently, there are only 14 mobile softee stores around the country. And this one sitting infront of Victoria harbour, Tsim Sha Tsui is the most popular.
Ask any local Hongkongers, they have their own childhood stories with the famous ice cream joint.
The mobile softee only sells 4 products; soft ice cream, nutty drumstick, large.cups, and jumbo orange.
Truly a delightful way to experience Hongkong.

Money, Money, please?
Iconsiam houses different luxury brands like Christian Loubotin, Dior, LV, Prada and a lot more. They have about 7 floors, each floor offers wide range of stores. I would say that the place was a bit congested, but nevertheless I had fun window-shopping there. 🛍️🏷️🤑

cravingssss satisfied! 😋😍😋😍
If you a fan of Vietnamese dishes, you better check out PHO NAM. I just found that we have it here in Shenzhen, heheh! So to satisfy my cravings today after a long walk exploring the city, i went in to this restaurant. This particular branch i went to is the one in Link City, located at Central Business District in Futian, Shenzhen.
I've had quite a few of Tom Yum from different restaurants here in the city, and i can totally say that Tom Yum from Pho Nam is the best so far that i've tried. 😋😋😋 On their menu, they got vietnamese spring rolls, bahn mi, drip coffee, that very tasteful beef noodles, some desserts like sticky rice and mango and some coconut macaroons.
Prices are affordable. Great service from the crew. i will go back again tomorrow indeed. ❤️
