Bar Totti's: Known as the best Tiramisu ☕️
~
📍Bar Totti’s
———————————————————————————
Last week I celebrated my 10th birthday with my husband, and I'm a year older, so I spent my birthday with him from 14 to 24, time goes by really fast🥰
My husband's favorite dessert is Tiramisu, and I have searched for many restaurants in Sydney that offer Tiramisu. I recently saw someone on Threads recommending Bar Totti’s as the best Tiramisu in Sydney, and finally decided on this restaurant! 🤎☕️
———————————————————————————
▶️ Fire-wood bread A$17 + Mushroom A$9.5 🍄🟫
▫️Fire-wood bread is the specialty appetizer of this restaurant, we see almost every table will order
▫️ The restaurant has a large bar table dedicated to baking this Fire-wood bread, you can see the chef showing off his skills 👨🏻🍳
▫️ The speed of the meal is very fast, basically 1 minute to make the bun
▫️ We ate for 2 people, it was quite good when we ate the first half hot. Halfway through the meal, the main course is served. After the main course, it's frozen. It's so salty at the end that I can't eat it
Seeing that the table behind and the table next to it didn't serve the main course so quickly, I hope it's not so hasty when I go to eat next time💦
▶️ Gnocchetti, prawn, garlic shoot, prosciutto A$39
▫️ This pasta is the better of the two main courses, the taste is quite strong, the portion is just right
▫️ The shrimp taste quite refreshing, the quantity is many 🦐
▫️Prosciutto is not too salty, matching the taste of pasta and shrimp
▶️ 250g Wagyu schnitzel A$46 🥩
▫️We were a little disappointed with the fried wagyu beef because it tasted like a very ordinary steak
▫️ The meat is a bit shoes, the more you eat the drier
▫️Maybe the sauce is different in each restaurant, this fried wagyu beef is served with lemon juice, but it is very dry
▶️ Tiramisu $19🍰
▫️In the end we ordered a Tiramisu for two people to eat together, the portion was quite large, we ate very missing
▫️The cream part is quite thick, and the cream flavor is quite heavy, but there is no sweetness
▫️The base coffee taste is ok, but there is no alcohol taste, this aspect is a little disappointed ☕️
▫️The difference from the usual Tiramisu is that there are a lot of nuts on it, which increases the overall taste🌰
