We had a lovely breakfast at Hoshino Coffee Fukuoka Futamatase Shop, and it turned out to be just the kind of slow, relaxing start we needed for the day. The interior of the café was warm and cozy, filled with a nostalgic charm that made it feel like a comforting retreat from the bustle outside. We went for our usual favorites — toast with a boiled egg, the French toast set, and ham and cheese toast — all simple but so well executed. Everything was served with great attention to detail, as always. And of course, we had their signature hand-drip coffee, which hit the spot perfectly — rich, smooth, and aromatic. Hoshino Coffee has always been one of our go-to spots whenever we’re in Japan, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The food is consistent, the setting is peaceful, and the prices are fair — making it a great value breakfast destination for locals and tourists alike. Wake up early to enjoy the cool breeze in Chiang Mai and sit under the big tree in the shop "7 AM" 🍃 The shop opens exactly as the name says, 07:00 AM. Thai-Vietnamese style breakfast, complete with Vietnamese noodles, fried eggs, rice porridge, toast. The atmosphere is like eating in the backyard of a friend who is very good at cooking. ☀️ We chose fried eggs + bread + rice porridge, delicious taste.
