Taipei Pizza Secret List Rubber Boat Pizza is delicious
If you are also a fan of rubber boat pizza, you must save #PIZZAROUND pizza reclining. Their pizza crust is the biggest highlight: the outer ring is thick and fluffy, while the inner ring is chewy and chewy, with a very rich taste~
This time, because I really wanted to try their arugula salad, I specially chose different flavors of pizza~ My favorite is #zucchini and fresh shrimp, the fresh combination makes people can't help but bite after bite! As for #artichoke and Italian sausage, I originally thought that artichokes are rare in Taiwan so I was looking forward to it, but it tasted a bit like the filling of dumplings, which was a bit disappointing
The rest of the side dishes~are delicious enough. Especially their thin potatoes~remember to order them~the boneless fried chicken is also super juicy, paired with a slightly sour dipping sauce, which is both flavorful and greasy, really recommended~
The only small regret is that the number of seats is limited, and it is a bit crowded to use it inside. However, if you live nearby, it would be a better choice to choose takeout or make a reservation in advance!
Cucumber and shrimp $460
Artichoke and Italian sausage $340
Asparagus leaf salad with ham $290
French fries (thin potato) $130
Boneless fried chicken $190

TWO michelin stars ⭐️⭐️ in Taipei
#timetotravel
Since I’m in Taipei and they have recently won their second michelin star, I visited the Taipei Robuchon for dinner.
As compared with HK, the Taipei branch allows BYOB and is overall much cheaper. I ordered the MENU B, which is priced at $2380 NTD (~$586 HKD). This set menu includes an Amuse Bouche, 2 appetisers, 1 main course, 1 dessert and 1 coffee or tea.
The Amuse Bouche served was a cold tomato soup, something like a gazpacho (pic 3). I recently came back from Spain and had yet gotten over Gazpacho, so this was perfect for me.
The first appetiser was a Turban of spaghetti (pic 4). To make this dish, it is definitely tedious as you need to line a savarin mold with spaghetti and the preparation can take days. As I am doing more research, I realised L’Atelier does not normally serve the Turban dish so I got really lucky!!
The second appetiser was “Organic egg on golden seared rice cake” (pic 5). This dish sounds so simple yet so good.
The main course was a fish dish, that has a taste of shellfish. (silly me I do not remember the name of the dish…)
To end the meal, the dessert was a raspberry dish with sorbet. I like this fish the least because the taste of raspberry tastes kind of medicinal…

I was given NT$5000 right after I got off the plane? ! What kind of Chosen Traveler script is this...
This trip to Taipei was exciting from the very beginning. I just arrived at Taoyuan Airport and before I could even catch my breath, I saw the Golden Fortune lucky draw event. I scanned the code with the intention of giving it a try, and... I actually won a NT$5,000 cash voucher! At that moment, I almost thought I had seen it wrong.
Afterwards, we headed to Linkou to eat the signature fried noodles with pork tenderloin, bacon omelette and warm black tea.
In the afternoon, I took my friends to Dadaocheng Braised Pork Rice. The waiting time was not long that day, so we ordered braised pork rice.
The next morning, I had Fuhang soy milk. I originally thought it was "just a breakfast shop", but just the bite of freshly fried thick sesame seed cake with egg and the highly recommended salty soy milk! It made me understand instantly why people are willing to queue for more than an hour. If you want to eat the famous rice balls, you must queue up before 10am! At that moment, I really didn’t want to talk. I just wanted to quietly feel the soul of Taiwanese breakfast.
It’s not a celebrity check-in, but a real taste that has been passed down for decades.
During this two-day Taiwan flash mob, I was lucky enough to spend NT$5,000 on buying a lot of contact lenses at Cosmed, and bought Chia Te Scallion Pancakes and Yi Mei Mini Puffs at 7-11.
Taiwan really loves tourists!
