I love staying in well-maintained old buildings wherever I go. ✨Hotel Penaga Address: Jalan Hutton, George Town, 10050 George Town, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia This place gives you the wonderful feeling of staying in an old mansion in Penang. The rooms were very spacious, and it was convenient to have a room with a bathtub and sink separate from the room with a shower booth and toilet. The bed and bedding were comfortable, allowing for a good rest. It is close to Chinatown and Little India, making it great for sightseeing, and there are nice cafes and restaurants nearby, so you don't have to go far for meals. The breakfast was neat and fresh. Above all, I felt that this accommodation matched very well with George Town. It felt like traveling through history. :)

#resortstyle Spent one night here and i can say that this is one of the most satisfying hotel that I've ever stayed. The room is spacious and clean. We get a suite, the room was beautiful and had a great view, beautifully decorated suite, with front and side sea view, separate living/bedroom and huge bathroom. The view of sunrise and sunset here is spectacular. Plus, our room is on the 27th floor, which makes everything better. This hotel is also a minute walking distance to the beach. The staffs here are friendly. Great service by the hotel staffs. We are amazed by their level of service. The hotel facilities are exceptional, 2 good restaurants, an amazing swimming pool and a gym/hot room. OZO George Town Penang, Malaysia is a quite new hotel that recently opened in the popular area of Penang. If you want to stay at the heart of the main attractions area and still can see sea view from your hotel, this hotel would be a good choice to begin with. Since it is still relatively new, everything is polished and white. I love the bed as it is really comfortably especially great to lie in bed when it was raining heavily one of the afternoon when I was there. I just took a book and sat by the sofa chair and enjoy the view from the hotel window. Downstairs and nearby area are also full of shophouses selling local foods, drinks and some stylishly cafe as well. We were greeted warmly by the bell boy from a distance he saw us carrying a large luggage, the bell boy came to us and helped lift the bag to the lobby the check in process was fast and efficient and even allowed us to check in early before the time the experience at the restaurant for breakfast was interesting. Variety of food served on breakfast and there is also "apom manis" which may not be available in other hotels The room is spacious and comfortable. Strategic location close to sunway carnival mall within walking distance. I have a pleasant stay in Deluxe Room at Hompton hotel. The ocean view from the room is fantastic; I love it. Here are some of my experiences; -Good location at Tanjung Villa, easy access to George town area or Batu Ferringhi beach. Opposite the hotel is a night food court. -The car park is easy to access and parking free for hotel guests. -The team is friendly and welcoming -The restaurant and bar are located on the ground floor, with a great ocean view. Indoor and outdoor seating. I love it. -The infinity swimming pool is small and suitable for kids rather than adults. -The room view is glorious day and night. -Tips if you stay in this hotel: wake up earlier to catch the sunrise, morning walk on the beach is very nice, walk to the left side of the beach till the end to capture another view of Tanjung Bunga beach. -Opposite the hotel, on the right after the traffic light, popular Kopi shop call Pang Nasi Lemak. It is like the atmosphere where they come to help you first even if you look around a little? :) And they are very polite. The swimming pool is a little disappointing. It is not disappointing that adults can feel cool in the swimming pool, but it is not for children to play in, so older children may get tired of it quickly… No one went into the sea in front when I went in early March, but I don’t know what it is like in the summer. It is true that I was a little hesitant to go in because there are warning signs everywhere saying that there are a lot of jellyfish. The facilities were clean and nice. The room was spacious. The amenities were Australian products. The bed was soft, so I had a good night’s sleep for the first time in a while. Breakfast was also good for me. The breakfast restaurant was spacious, so I didn't have to worry about seating even when there were a lot of people. There were also several coffee machines. More than anything, it was a famous sunset restaurant, so the sunset view in the evening was really pretty. I took a picture of my life :) This is a great value for money for this facility and service. I want to come back with my parents later. When I visited Penang, I didn't have to stress about choosing a hotel, as my Malaysian friend had everything planned for our trip. This hotel was her recommendation, and overall, it was a great experience. However, we weren’t too fond of the extended portion of the hotel, which had a rather eerie vibe. One of us ended up with a room there, and it felt very different from the original section of the building. On the bright side, the original rooms were beautifully decorated with comfortable beds. Just a tip—if you're particular about the vibe, make sure to remind them to give you the room you booked, as the extended area feels quite different.
