The mineral pool, designed to resemble a natural stone grotto, was incredibly relaxing. It’s around CAD $60 for a day pass to enjoy the pool, but if you book a spa service, access is included. I had a rejuvenating massage and afterward, lounged in the pool, which is rich in natural minerals meant to detox and heal the body. What sets this spa apart is the focus on the full wellness experience. After the pool, I tried the Treetop Tapas and Grill, which serves endless tapas – the perfect treat after a relaxing soak! The Mossy Forest was definitely the highlight of my Cameron Highlands day tour. Way up is not that bad, just a little narrow and steep. A normal car is able to be driven up but parking space is limited. It is a beautiful, missty and mossy forest. This is a great place for a walk and enjoy nature. Isolated and quiet hiking trail with nice view on the top. Not a hard trail and will be rewarded with a nice hammock when we reach the top. 😎 There few paths leading to different hills. Bukit Gasing trail has a few attractions and this suspension bridge is one of the few. It's not extremely special but is a nice change of scenery after a lot of stairs. I also saw the suspension bridge. Nice photo spot for sure. 👣 Very well maintained. Lots of people in the morning on the weekends so theres always someone to ask for directions. Some people do more than twice to get the intensity of the hike so that it’s much more worth it to burn the calories. This is one of the best short vacay i have ever been. Any attractions, there is a villa with private pool for four chalets. Gated, with petting zoo, cycle boats, even an experience for rubber tapping and honey cultivation and it comes with certificate after that. It is an awesome place for family gathering. Super cool park that is vast and quite well maintained. Finally get to visit Penang Botanic Garden. Decent place to visiting with your loved one as the place is not crowded with people. Well maintained place, minimalist and glamping. Close to the river, or you can just dip into the chalet's own pond ( suitable for children ). The chalet is built beautifully with wood as main materials. They also provide barbeque kitchen for you to cook. Close to Terra Pong Restaurant. About 8 minutes drive. One of the best option to choose from for dinner. Open air musolla. No praying mat provided in the chalet, but you can take it from the musolla. Nice and cosy place. Great place to have meal if you're travelling to Bentong. Waze is the correct app to direct us to the correct location using Karak highway whereas Google uses the old road Bentong which is the wrong way you will never get there. Spacious parking space with one worker taking care of the parking. Wheelchair friendly accessible to restaurant. Big clean toilets located at entrance. While walking under the bridge we enjoyed the fresh air and the environment. There is small stream flowing along the restaurant and the water was clean. Then, I was surprised to see a waterfall suddenly appear in front of me, after passing through a really jungle-like greenery! It's a place that doesn't seem to be on tourist maps, so I was lucky to be able to go. Maybe this is what it means to be surrounded by nature. Located in Gerik, Perak, this tropical rainforest is said by the captain to be even older than the Amazon! 🌳✨ We traveled on a boat captained by Kenny, a Chinese Malaysian captain. The boat sets sail with a minimum of 32 people. The first floor is a common area where you can sing karaoke, play cards, or mahjong 🎤🃏, the second floor has rooms and bathrooms. There are 11 rooms in total, each sleeping 4 people. On the third floor is a loft where you can sit back and admire the starry night sky 🌌✨. Besides relaxing on the boat, the captain arranges outdoor activities like hiking to waterfalls, bamboo rafting, and kayaking 🛶🌊. With no phone signal, you can truly unwind and enjoy nature’s sounds — especially the morning bird calls 🐦.
