It's a comfortable Japanese-Western style room, but there is no elevator and there are stairs. I recommend the free private open-air bath "Iwaro". The open-air bath in the large communal bath is lovely. The spring water is the best. Photography is allowed in the garden of the main building, but photography of the artworks in the main building, such as those by Rosanjin and Yokoyama Taikan, is not allowed.
