The spacious cabins are interconnected by mountain trails. Each standalone cabin has two bedrooms that share a living room and kitchen. The interiors are very spacious with high ceilings. The furniture is all made of African hardwood, giving a wild and rustic feel. The tables, chairs, sofas, and coffee tables retain the original form of the wood, with minimal intricate carvings, adding a unique charm. The sofa fabrics feature animal prints, highlighting the African theme. To deal with the wild environment's mosquitoes, the beds are equipped with thick mosquito nets, and the bedding is kept very clean. ⭐️Hotel Services: The hotel restaurant is located by the pool, with tables meticulously set with red cloths and fine cutlery, showcasing the hotel's thoughtful design. Both breakfast and dinner are served buffet-style, with a wide variety of dishes that cater well to Asian tastes. By the pool, there are swings and slides for children to play on, making it very family-friendly. Although we only stayed for one night, the overall experience was very good. We all gathered in the cabin to play cards and reminisce, which was very cozy. The only downside was the lack of sufficient signage and lighting, making it easy to get lost at night.

The one-week Safari trip in Kenya is coming to an end. The camp we stayed in for the last three nights really surprised us. Three words: It’s really worth it❗️ Name: MTITO Safari Camp 📍Address: C12, Sekenani, Kenya ⭐️Hotel design style: The hotel is only a 20-minute drive from Masai Bola. It is hidden in a bush and requires 15 minutes of bumpy dirt roads to reach it. Each hotel room is an independent tent, and 10 tents are arranged along the river in the park. There is a path connecting the dense bushes and leading directly to the reception and restaurant bars at the end. There is also a small outdoor swimming pool nearby. Due to the special location of the camp, it is necessary to summon staff with guns to accompany you when leaving the tent at night to avoid potential animal attacks, which is also a very interesting experience. Although the guest room is in the form of a tent, it is very sturdy overall. The double-layer design enhances outdoor safety and has sufficient anti-mosquito facilities. Inside the tent are two double beds, and behind the beds is a bathroom, separated by a thick tent cloth. The bathroom is heated by solar panels and there is plenty of hot water, so you don't have to worry about getting cold while taking a shower at night. There are camping chairs outside the tent to enjoy the night sky and the family of baboons on the other side of the river. However, due to on-site conditions, only the reception and dining public areas have wifi coverage, and only self-connected data can be used in the tent. ⭐️Hotel service: There are a total of 26 staff in the camp park, each performing their own duties. They have the optimistic and open-minded character of Africans, and the service is in place and their enthusiasm is infectious. During our stay at the camp, we happened to meet a very good chef. He enthusiastically took us to visit the resort’s garden after dinner, and introduced us to various local plants and their magical medicinal effects such as cleaning teeth and treating skin trauma. After leaving the camp after breakfast on the last day, the chef specially brought all the employees to take a group photo and sang local songs to see him off. During our Kenya 🇰🇪 wildlife migration trip, we stayed at the serene and elegant Ziwa Bush Lodge, located northwest of Lake Nakuru. We spent a warm and refreshing night there. Before coming to East Africa, I didn't have high expectations for local accommodations, thinking they would be just passable. However, apart from the first two days of average lodging, the subsequent accommodations were quite surprising, including the tranquil Ziwa Bush Lodge. 📍Address: Njoro, Nakuru, Baruti West, Nakuru, 20100, Kenya. The hotel is surrounded by cornfields and can be reached via a bumpy dirt road. There is also an orphanage nearby. ⭐️Hotel Design and Layout: The lodging consists of individual cottages with high-pitched thatched roofs, randomly distributed among shrubs and lawns, connected by country paths. The surrounding shrubs add a sense of privacy. Most cottages face open lawns with swings, slides, and a volleyball net, as well as an inviting small pool. On sunny days, you can see adorable geese, adding to the charm. ⭐️Cottage Rooms: The cottages are very spacious with high ceilings, featuring rugged and wild African design elements everywhere: traditional wood carvings, woodcut paintings, and animal-themed furniture handles. The entire room is characterized by its grand scale. The front hall has a large double bed, and the back hall has two single beds, comfortably accommodating four adults. The bathroom is also surprisingly large, with a wide and long sink that can hold all your makeup and skincare products. There's even a long wooden bench inside where you can sit and read before or after a shower. 🏖️Atmosphere/Facilities: Each cottage has Wi-Fi, although the internet speed slows down at night. There's also an electric kettle for boiling water at any time, but unlike typical business hotels, there is no hairdryer. The hotel restaurant has a very chill atmosphere, with a fireplace at the entrance for warmth in the evening. Both dinner and breakfast can be pre-ordered, and the food is quite exquisite, with unlimited coffee and tea available.
