So I made it to Batu Caves, home of the iconic rainbow stairs and the towering golden Lord Murugan statue — but plot twist: I didn’t climb the stairs. 😅 And you know what? Still totally worth it. I admired the colors, soaked up the vibes, took a million photos pretending I might climb... and then treated myself to fresh coconut water instead. Priorities. #malaysia short trip, just for a day and quite rush but still having good quality of place to stay at. Hilton Garden Inn South is located near Chow Kit, very convenient if you want to go anywhere by public transport. I got this room for $50+ a night, its supposed to be connecting one but I guess the room beside is unoccupied. Love the room modern style, small but almost fully furnished. Do note to be careful with the bathroom sliding door, I almost got locked up as the door stuck. Shower cant be adjusted, its rain shower head type. No shower cap too, just toothbrush, handsoap, lotion, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Quite okay for just a transit or very short period stay. P.S.: North and South is actually neighbour but their location position is different. South is at the cornerside directed to South (literally). #staycation #kltrip #kualalumpur

The best thing about the place was the ambiance, the place had a great vibe and would definitely recommend for a get together. Wanna be a scientist? Let's visit The National Science Centre first. The building was eye-catching with its rainbow coloured exterior. The parking is limited on weekends, but we parked our car arross the road and walk over via a connecting bridge. Entry was RM6 for adults and RM3 for children. Amazing City view in Kuala Lumpur. It was a wonderful time spending in Twin towers. We are amazed by the night city view in Kuala Lumpur. We’ve booked our tickets from official website and it was easy to access to the attraction with the QR codes. Before our visit, we had to store our belongings to the service counter and took some pictures. Around 15 Visitors were grouped together. First, we reached the Sky bridge located on the 41 floor. We still recognised the fountains in the KLCC park. After spending 10 minutes at the sky bridge, we were elevated to 88th observatory desk. The city view at nighttime was impassive. In the 15-minute observatory desk visit, we enjoyed taking photos and experiencing AR of twin towers. Then we moved on to the souvenir store on 83th Floor. Crowne Plaza KLCC just opened a few days ago and we stayed here at the Premium King Room with our little boys aged 5 and 3! This room is a corner room and there’s only two on each level. The room is tastefully decorated in neutral palette with brass hardware and marble finishing in the toilet was just gorgeous. Pillows, bed, towels and robe were fluffy. The suites aren’t ready yet but I can’t wait to stay in it once it’s done up. Major love for this hotel.
