🇹🇭 Hatyai Hidden Treat – A Must-Try for Milk & Bread Lovers! 🥛🍞 Mother Cows
#hatyaiattractions
📍Mother Cows
Hatyai, 37 Prachayindee Rd, Hat Yai, Hat Yai District, Songkhla 90110 Thailand.
🕚11:00-22:00
While wandering the vibrant streets of Hatyai, I stumbled upon a cozy little spot that locals seem to love — and now I know why!
I decided to try their original milk and green tea milk, and wow — both were incredibly smooth, rich, and comforting. The original milk had that classic creamy flavor, while the green tea milk offered a refreshing twist with a hint of earthiness. Absolutely perfect for cooling down in the Thai heat!
But what truly stole the show was their signature soft bread with pandan custard. The bread was unbelievably fluffy and fresh — like biting into a cloud — and the warm pandan custard dip was sweet, fragrant, and full of traditional Thai flavor. It’s the kind of simple snack that instantly makes you feel at home.
Everything about this place feels local, authentic, and full of heart. From the friendly service to the nostalgic vibes, it’s the perfect spot to pause and enjoy a taste of Thailand’s beloved flavors. Whether you’re a tourist or a returning visitor, this is one stop you’ll be glad you made. No regrets, just happy taste buds!
📍 If you’re heading to Hatyai, make sure to add this to your food adventure list!

Restorative Luxury Steps in Chiang Mai
Stayed here for a short recharge in Chiang Mai, and it hit all the right notes. The hotel blends Lanna-inspired design with IHG’s polished standards — warm woods, quiet luxury, and intuitive comfort.
My room was immaculately clean, with a bed that actually supports your back (hard to find in SE Asia), crisp linens, and blackout curtains that actually work. Water pressure was excellent — rain shower strong enough to feel like a massage.
The pool area is a hidden gem: lush walls of greenery block out city noise, so you can float or sunbathe in peace. There’s also a small but well-equipped gym with cardio machines, weights, and good natural light.
Breakfast was generous. I ordered an iced latte at the buffet expecting the usual blandness, but it came layered and strong — clearly fresh espresso, not diluted nonsense. Impressive attention to detail for a buffet drink.
Location-wise, you’re a short walk from Tha Phae Gate and the old city, but the hotel itself is tucked away just enough to avoid the tourist chaos. Perfect for anyone who wants to explore during the day and retreat into comfort at night.
Would recommend for: solo travelers, couples, or business travelers who need serious rest, strong showers, and no surprises.
