A second takes you to the old Spanish bullring.
As soon as you step into this Seville bullring, you will be amazed by its grandeur. (; ̄O ̄) This arena retains many historical traces from that time, including the audience seats, the bullring courtyard, the waiting area, various promotional posters, and more. You can also see detailed introductions to its story, taking you back to that period. Standing alone in the center of the arena, you can feel the tension faced by the brave bullfighters!

Theme Pavilion built for the 1929 Ibero-American Exposition
Andalusia Tour ~ Seville
It is the old art gallery of the Ibero-American Exposition, built by Anibal González in the neo-Renaissance style and named the Renaissance Palace. Today it is closed for renovations and has been declared a Historic-Artistic Monument.
Looking forward to opening it so we can admire one of the best collections of Roman art in terms of quality and quantity.

Beautiful and wonderful historical park
Andalusia Tour ~ Seville
Wonderful historical park next to Plaza de España. The vegetation is lush, with big trees, palm trees, orange trees, flowers...a real paradise. Filled with fountains, ponds full of ducks, ceramic benches and some historic buildings, it forms a monumental complex. Very well maintained, with drinking fountains and free public toilets. Delicious and essential visit to Seville. One of the most beautiful parks I have ever seen.

A perfect blend of Moorish and Christian elements
Andalucia Tour ~ Seville
Visiting the Royal Alcazar of Seville was one of the most memorable experiences of my vacation. This royal palace will transport you to another era with its splendid architecture and exotic gardens. From beautiful colorful tiles to Gothic arches and intricate ornaments, every corner of this complex will amaze you with impressive details.
I was fascinated by the history of this place, it's a perfect blend of Moorish and Christian elements. The rooms are decorated with mosaics and tapestries that tell you about the past. The gardens are a true paradise with refreshing fountains and lush vegetation, providing the perfect place to relax and enjoy the tranquility.
I spent hours exploring every nook and cranny, but I feel like there’s still a lot to discover. The Royal Castle is not just a tourist attraction, but a real journey through time. I highly recommend anyone visiting Seville to take the time to visit this historic gem. This was definitely an unforgettable experience!

An ideal place to photograph the Cathedral and Giralda Tower
Andalusia Tour ~ Seville
Fountain lampposts in Plaza Santa Maria de Los Reyes, Seville This city is great, this city has it all but its cathedral can easily overshadow them, you just have to pay attention, open your eyes and The mind goes to observe those details and architectural views of the old city, like this beautiful fountain, you see, we have it as the foreground, but always think of the Giralda in the background.

Underrated gorgeous church
Andalucia Tour ~ Seville
Another must-visit but underrated church with a gorgeous and detailed altar. Its unassuming exterior will take your breath away when you walk through the front door. The basement contains the remains and debris of an original mosque that was built thousands of years ago but was demolished and replaced by this church.
From the moment I entered, I was mesmerized by the ornate décor and intricate details of the interior. Gilded altars, elaborate sculptures and beautiful frescoes create an atmosphere of grandeur and reverence. Every corner of the church tells a story, with artwork depicting various saints and biblical scenes.
One of the highlights of my visit was the main altar, a true work of art that exemplifies the splendor of Baroque craftsmanship. The light filtering through the stained glass windows adds to the sacred atmosphere, making it the perfect place for quiet reflection and prayer.
The exterior of the church is equally impressive, with its grand façade and detailed stone carvings. The juxtaposition of historical significance and architectural beauty makes the Sanctuary of El Salvador a must-visit for anyone interested in history, art, or spirituality.
The church also offers a peaceful respite from Seville’s bustling streets, providing a tranquil setting for admiring works of art and soaking up the spiritual atmosphere. Whether you are a devout believer or a casual tourist, a visit to the Sanctuary of El Salvador is an enriching experience not to be missed.

Typical Spanish aristocratic residence
Andalusia Tour ~ Seville
This is an excellent opportunity to visit a typical Spanish noble residence. Although the garden of the entire building is not large, the internal architecture and furniture layout are classical, chic, exquisite and eye-catching. The collection of cultural relics is even more valuable, showing the noble identity and social status of the owner. The garden landscape of flowers, trees and fruit trees It is also designed and managed by professionals. It is pleasing to the eye and worth visiting, admiring and savoring carefully.

incredible church
Andalusia Tour ~ Seville
Seville is full of incredible churches. If you're in the area and willing to spend 4 euros, go for it.
The church is small, but its shape and decoration make it unique and special. It has an almost circular, symmetrical plan, rather than being rectangular like other churches. The symmetrical space under the beautiful vaults is decorated with exquisite Baroque altarpieces. The decor is so gorgeous and impressive.
This alone is worth a visit.
Of course, don’t expect a grand church with different chapels and spaces. The church is visible at a glance. If you don't know it clearly, it might disappoint you. The church is a bit far from the cathedral and the Alcazar area.

She is the most revered statue of the Virgin Mary in Seville.
Andalucia Tour ~ Seville
The full name of this small church is Basílica de Santa María de la Esperanza Macarena, and it was built between 1941 and 1949.
The main image inside is that of Our Lady of Hope Macarena, the most venerated statue of the Virgin in Seville, whose feast day is celebrated on 18 December.
The Virgin Mary's face is covered with tears, making her easily recognizable. In addition, there is a brooch on the chest with five green French crystal petals called "mariquillas", donated by the Seville bullfighter "Joselito el Gallo".
The cathedral consists of a central nave and two side chapels, including the Chapel of Our Lady of the Rosary and the Chapel of Our Lady of Jesus.
Although she is the most revered Madonna in the city, her cathedral is small but very beautiful and worth a visit!

This is not in the Middle East, but in Seville, Spain 🤍
During this trip to Spain, I finally had the opportunity to visit different cities in the south 🤍 and the first stop was Seville. In addition to the most beautiful Plaza de España, the most famous one must be the Alcázar of Seville🤍
It is not only one of the oldest royal palaces in the world, but also a unique palace that combines Muslim, Gothic and Renaissance styles! Since we heard there were so many people here early in the morning, we bought tickets before departure and went in according to the admission time!
The Royal Palace of Seville is truly special! It was originally a palace of the Almohidids but was later used as a royal palace by Christian monarchs. Because it combines architectural elements from different periods and styles, it is completely different from other royal palaces in Europe. As soon as I entered, I loved it, especially the gorgeous decoration and exquisite ceilings inside the palace. Tile totems are full of Middle Eastern characteristics. I really want to take those unique totems home🤣
My favorite place must be the Patio de las Doncellas in the center of the palace. There is a long pool in the middle of the courtyard, and some plants are planted on both sides. The whole place is very symmetrical, and it is also the place where most people take photos. Another thing that must not be missed is its royal garden. It is also one of the filming locations for Game of Thrones. The beautiful green trees and flowers make people feel very comfortable, and the gardeners take good care of the place🤍
If you go to Seville, be sure to book tickets in advance and visit the Royal Palace of Seville🤍 Its history and architecture are definitely worth a visit!

Plaza de España, the main venue of the 1929 World Expo
Andalucia Tour ~ Seville
Absolutely beautiful square and buildings. Built for the 1929 World’s Fair, this place has no particular historical significance, but its size, scope, and desirable architecture are definitely worth seeing and admiring.
Don’t miss the tile work from various Spanish provinces displayed at the base of the plaza’s buildings. There are two balconies on the second floor, and you can climb up to enjoy higher views.
The interior is a government office, so there's not much to see inside. More of a place to stroll for an hour and enjoy the surroundings.
If arriving by tram, take the tram from Seville Cathedral Station for two stops to San Sebastian Station. Then walk south for about five minutes.

Great place to learn about the history of Seville
Andalucia Tour ~ Seville
Great place to visit and learn about the history of Seville, there is a small exhibition on the first floor for a fee. If you want to enjoy the view from upstairs, entrance is free but they do ask for a donation of €3. They only accept credit cards, no cash. The structure is maintained by the Spanish Naval Department. Full of history and treasures dating back hundreds of years, it showcases the history of the Spanish Navy. Definitely worth a visit. Sunset time is the most popular, when the towers really do look like they are made of gold.

Archive of all documents of the Spanish Empire
Andalucia Tour ~ Seville
If you have time and are interested in Spanish history or architecture it's worth a look. The tour can be completed in 30 minutes. The building is Renaissance, simple but impressive in its scale and simple beauty.
It is not a museum per se. Instead it is an archive of all the documents of the Spanish Empire. Don’t expect to see hundreds of pieces, as everything is archived.
However, some important documents are on display along with some small temporary exhibitions. A unique and very interesting place for a quick visit.

A great place to take panoramic photos of Seville
Andalucia Tour ~ Seville
Amazing views and easy walk to the top of the tower. There are about 15 flights of stairs in total, and the rest are ramps. The view from the top is amazing and there are plenty of spots to take photos. It’s also a great way to acclimate yourself to the city. Definitely worth buying and experiencing. There are some neat history and artifact displays on your way up that you can consider as breaks.

A very atmospheric market
Andalucia Tour ~ Seville
The Mercado de Feria is very atmospheric and although there are tourists it is not like the markets in Madrid or Barcelona. It has a very pleasant atmosphere. I love shopping at their stalls and eating the incredible snacks.
The market is popular with locals and tourists alike. There aren’t many options for breakfast, but come lunch time, many places open at 1pm. Our snacks were excellent and great value.
