Heaven’s Gate
Location: Tianmen mountain, Zhangjiajie, Hunan, China
Entrance fee: 278¥ (round cable car 🚠)
Date: July 22, 2022
Tianmen mountain also known as Heaven’s Gate is one of the most famous places in Zhangjiajie.
It’s better to use the cable car to get to Tianmen. You can buy one way or round cable car ticket. After buying the ticket, you’ll take a bus near tickets office and get to the cable car’s entrance. Then you need to walk almost 30 mins and you’ll see the Heaven’s Gate.
To see this incredible view from top of the Gate, you need to climb 999 stairs, they’re known as “the Stairway to Heaven.”
It’s actually very tiring to climb these stairs, but in the end you’ll have a stunning view, which is definitely worth seeing. The good news is you won’t go down these stairs, there’s an escalator so you can use it to go down the hill.

You can learnt about megalit stone at the park after finish your Tangga Putrajaya. This place a bit silent during early morning and night. So, always be careful. #stairs #lightshow
Gorgeous mountain hike in Jiangyou, Sichuan!
Take the 806 stair hike (or cable car) to the top of this beautiful mountain in Sichuan, China. This Buddhist temple dates back to the mid 1700s during the Ming Dynasty. The beginning hike is very steep, taking on hundreds of stairs. If stairs aren’t your thing, take the cable car for a fair price . It is 100% worth the view at the top! At 1:30pm, a stuntman walks the cable connecting the two peaks. It’s quite the show! The top is covered with trees and cool places to rest, have some snacks, and take unforgettable pictures! #hiking #Sichuan #China #mountain #buddhisttemple #stairs

Off the beaten path, live abounds
By meandering, I found a most incredible and rare experience in China....no people! The vistas were spectacular, although my legs felt like cooked spaghetti by the end of my hike. #view Totally worth it! #nature #solitude #cityhike #stairs #hiking #urbanhiking
Climbing Up A Rainbow

A must visit if you are in or near Kuala Lumpur. You can see the colourful stairs and the huge statue even before you arrive.
Going early in the day is definitely recommended if you want to escape the heat of the midday sun. Entrance is free but if you are driving your own vehicle and would like to park inside their parking lot there’s a small fee.
Once there, walk around, go inside the Hindu temple before climbing up the stairs. Do be wary of monkeys if you bring your own stuff, especially food or water as they might sneak up on you and grab your stuff.
