If you're going on a trip to the world heritage city of Malacca, why not stick to your hotel? This time, we'll introduce you to the recommended hotel in Malacca, Treasures Hotel and Suites 🫶 ⭐️Review I had a lot of trouble before coming to Malacca, and I ended up arriving just before 1am, but thanks to my advance notice, the hotel staff at the front desk checked me in. The room was so spacious and comfortable that I forgot about the fatigue I was feeling before arriving! The bathroom was also unusual, with the bathtub located far away, but it was quite good. Hikkaduwa is one of the best resorts in Sri Lanka! This time, we will introduce some recommended resort hotels where you can stay at a reasonable price! 🐠 [Coral Sands Hotel] It was a good choice to choose this hotel for my stay in Hikkaduwa 🌺 We were greeted with an amborella-flavored welcome drink, and even though we arrived before 11:30, we were shown to our room early. The room was spacious! When you open the door leading to the outside, there is a pool in front of you, and there are tables and chairs outside, so you can sit and enjoy the sea and the pool. Unfortunately, it rained both nights, but even just sitting here and reading a book or watching a movie made it worth coming to Hikkaduwa. There is a passage that hotel guests can use, and you can go directly to the beach from there. It's the best choice if you want to experience the resort atmosphere! There is also a refrigerator in the room, so you can cool your drinks. There was no hot water on the first day, but it worked fine on the second day. On the other hand, the air conditioning that worked on the first day stopped working on the second day 😂 Amenities include shampoo and shower gel. Don't forget to bring a toothbrush etc... I recently stayed at the Boston Marriott Copley Place. The location of the hotel was really great, and the surrounding area was very safe, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind. The hotel was close to Boston's major tourist attractions, and it was very convenient to be able to walk to anywhere, such as the Boston Museum of Fine Arts and Boston Common. In addition, there were many restaurants and cafes around the hotel, so I was able to enjoy delicious food. There were a variety of options, including American food, Asian food, and Italian food, so it is recommended for gourmets. Perhentian Island is a hidden island where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful seas on the Malay Peninsula. It has become increasingly popular in recent years as a hidden popular spot in Malaysia. This time, we will introduce a recommended place to stay on this island, Perhentian Chomel Chalet! ⭐️Review We stayed for two nights. The room was comfortable enough, but a little old and I felt that the cleaning was not done well. However, the room had a balcony where you could relax and enjoy the sea in front of you. This place was my favorite during my stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a private beach in front of the hotel, and you could snorkel as much as you wanted in the beautiful sea. There is also a boat taxi from the hotel to go to various places. The snorkeling tour that you can apply for for 60rm was also very good. For breakfast, you can choose from roti canai or toast. The taste was normal, but the open atmosphere of the dining room with a view of the sea was very good. I especially recommend the BBQ set for about 30rm served at night, which comes with a choice of main grill, salad, potatoes, rice, etc. It's a hearty meal, and it's fun to watch the staff cooking nearby. The restaurant here is also open for lunch, so it's nice to be able to eat delicious food whenever you want. I especially recommend the garlic shrimp, which is very delicious! There is a small shop at the inn where you can purchase snacks and bath products. There is shampoo, but toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided in the room, so be careful. There were two power outages during my stay due to lightning, but the power was restored quickly, so it wasn't a problem. When I went around Sri Lanka, I found the best accommodation in the world! This time, I will introduce Iwami-so, a wonderful Japanese-run accommodation in Sigiriya! ⭐️Review I traveled around Sri Lanka for two weeks and stayed at seven accommodations, but this was the best. This may be the first time I have had such a satisfying stay at an overseas hotel (at this price range). This is a place that I would like people from all over the world to use, not just Japanese people. When I used it, the Japanese owner was not there, so the Sri Lankan owner, Nissanka, took care of me. He wiped my suitcase that was wet from the rain, made me hot tea, and welcomed me, and I was impressed by his hospitality. The room was larger than I expected, and I could see Sigiriya Rock from the balcony with a desk, chair, and hammock. Also, squirrels showed their faces on the balcony several times 🐿 The shower had a sci-fi shape that I had never seen before, but I was able to take a stable and very hot shower for the four nights I stayed there. Bath towels and face towels were provided, and both were clean. There was a refrigerator in the room, a large 1 liter bottle of water, two types of tea, and one type of instant coffee. It was possible to spend a nice tea time in the room. I was also happy to have a Japanese guidebook for Sri Lanka prepared in the room. And I would definitely recommend choosing the plan that includes breakfast. Every morning you can eat a Sri Lankan-style breakfast with plenty of fruit, luxurious fruit juice, appam, milk rice, and pancakes. The milk rice was like risotto and was delicious. If you have the opportunity, please try it. Dinner is charged, but you can have it at the rooftop restaurant on the 3rd floor. I stayed there for 2 days and ate fried rice and kottu, and the portions were quite large (I couldn't finish it) and the taste was good! In addition, a free dessert of your choice is included at dinner time. I was told that it was okay to pay all at once when I checked out. The hospitality of the owner, Nissanka, is top-notch. Not only did he provide free transportation to Sigiriya Rock, but he also took me to his recommended photo spots and took photos for me. In addition, after dinner, he turned off the lights to show us fireflies, and when we couldn't meet at check-out, he came all the way to the bus stop to say goodbye. The banana juice that Nissanka made for us after climbing Sigiriya Rock was the best I had in Sri Lanka! To be honest, I had a lot of unpleasant experiences in Sri Lanka, but this inn cleansed my heart. Nissanka's younger daughter and the other staff members are also very kind. This is the place to stay in Kandy! Introducing the wonderful hotel [Viyana Boutique Hotel] recommended for female solo travelers in Sri Lanka 🇱🇰 ⭐️Review I stayed in Kandy for 3 nights, and this hotel was quite good. I chose a Japanese room, and I see, the bed doesn't have legs so it's a bit Japanese style. But the whole room was stylish, very cute, and clean. The toilet and bath are spacious, and the linens are clean. The bath amenities were also good. There was a refrigerator in the room, and beer was chilled. We were given a welcome drink, and the staff was very kind. I was happy that the free tea bag in the room was Basil tea. There was a restaurant on the first floor, and I had pineapple juice and yogurt, but it was great to be able to go to the restaurant right away when I was hungry. The only disappointment was that when I looked at the pot to drink tea, there were ants in it and I couldn't use it. I was looking forward to drinking tea, so it was a bit disappointing. I went to Inatori Ginsui-so at Inatori Onsen in Higashiizu 🫶 In the lounge, you can eat and drink as much alcohol and dessert as you want 🥹🧡 It was almost all-inclusive and the best!!! Melia Ho Tram Beach Resort has a YHI Spa, which not only offers massages but also a sauna. This sauna can be used for 30 minutes for free by THE LEVEL guests! So I went. First of all, a word of warning. There were no skin care products, so I recommend bringing your own from your room. When I changed in the locker, I was told to wear paper underwear, even though it was a sauna. I wonder if I have to wear them in this spa? Other than that, shower caps, water, sandals, and towels are provided in the locker. There is one steam sauna and one dry sauna. I went during the day, but the dry sauna was not hot at all at 65 degrees Celsius, so no one used it! (lol) But, to put it in a positive way, it was hot enough to stay in for a lifetime, and I felt like I was slowly sweating. Affordable yet great experience! Introducing the comfortable hotel "Desamuda Village" that you'll want to stay at if you go to Bali! ⭐️Review This time, I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It's full of greenery and water, and it's so comfortable that you wouldn't think it was in the city! It's very relaxing. There are also two public pools, which is great for those who like to swim. It's located in Seminyak, so it's very convenient to walk to various places. The famous Bintang supermarket is also within walking distance. The front desk was also kind and lent me a free outlet converter. It seems that they will also provide a floating breakfast for an additional fee. The buffet also has a counter where they will fry eggs and bacon when you order. There aren't many items, but each one was delicious. The passion fruit was also all-you-can-eat, which was very good. There is a small pool in the room, so you can swim without worrying about being seen. There is a refrigerator, of course, and a water server, which was very helpful. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable, and was cleaned well. However, the facilities were a little old, and there were noticeable stains on the bedsheets and mosquito nets. There were also gaps in the walls and windows that let in a large number of mosquitoes, so I was bitten by a lot of mosquitoes on the first day. Although mosquito coils were provided, they wouldn't light properly due to the humidity. Also, the quality of the shampoo and body soap in the amenities was not very good, so I recommend bringing your own. I didn't use them, but I was grateful that there was a bathtub. When you think of Kuala Lumpur, you think of W Hotel, so here’s a report on W Kuala Lumpur. In Kuala Lumpur, known for having the cheapest 5-star hotels in the world, W Kuala Lumpur costs over 30,000 yen per night (still cheap). So how does it fare? Room: No upgrade for Marriott Platinum due to full occupancy, unfortunately. We got a bottom room, but it was spacious enough. We communicated via email beforehand, and they decorated the room for a birthday. Breakfast: Despite staying only one night, we arrived in the morning and were able to have breakfast on the day of arrival instead of an upgrade and early check-in. This was delightful. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts on both days, so much so that we could only eat local food at night. Haha. The salad presentation was sometimes like a farm display you see in Southeast Asian hotels, which was exciting. Pool: You can see the Petronas Twin Towers from WET. We visited twice, chilling with beer during the day and taking photos with the night view. The beer here is exceptional. Location: It’s about a 10-minute walk from Bukit Nanas station, but since Grab and Uber are cheap, we recommend using ride-sharing apps or taxis if you have large luggage.
