Merudu Station coffee shop is located at Jalan Merudu. It is at the road side of Jalan Merudu, after crossing the Merudu bridge. There served local dishes such as kampua, laksa, fried mee, and rice dishes. I had order Sarawak Laksa, it served vermicelli, laksa soup and condiments with 2 big prawn, chicken meat, egg, bean sprouts, and green onion. Laksa taste good and recommended by local people. The trip has going through some up and down mountain road. So be sure you are not easy to get carsick. Once reached, you have to park your car outside and walked 1km in the forest in order to see the waterfall. Backpack and kampung adidas are suggested. Get your hand free cause you might need to cross some creeks (some wooden bridge were broken)

Aik Seng Cafe is located at Wharf Road, town centre of Sarikei. It has been opened since 1930 before the World War II. This restaurant is highly recommended by locals. Aik Seng is famous with chacoal grill roti kahwin, which is bread with kaya, peanut, and butter spread. Their loh mee and nasi lemak also very signature dishes.
