Had a lovely brunch at Browns Manchester, and it absolutely hit the spot! Located in a stunning old building with gorgeous interiors and a relaxed yet classy vibe, it's the perfect place for a chill catch-up or cozy brunch date 🏛️✨. I ordered the Buttermilk Pancakes and the Eggs Benedict, and both were divine! 😍 The pancakes were light, fluffy, and stacked beautifully, served with maple syrup and berries – sweet, satisfying, and picture-perfect 📸🍓🥞. The Eggs Benedict was equally impressive: poached eggs cooked to perfection, with creamy hollandaise sauce on a toasted muffin and topped with ham – a proper classic done right 🍳🥯👌. Service was warm and polite, friendly, and happy to make recommendations. Loved how relaxed the atmosphere was – even though it was quite busy, it never felt rushed or too loud 💬☕️. A Happy Pancake is truly a hidden gem by the seaside. The cafe is beautifully designed, offering not just delicious pancakes but also a scenic and relaxing atmosphere. The moment we arrived, we were drawn to the charming bell tower facing the sea—perfect for photos, and it adds a magical touch to the location. There’s parking available just across the cafe, which made access very convenient. The only downside was the long queue, but I suppose that’s a sign of how popular and well-loved this place is. The wait was definitely worth it once we got seated and enjoyed their signature fluffy pancakes in a gorgeous coastal setting.
