Samhakdo island is one of the touristic places in Mokpo city. The island is quite small and is covered with mountains. It is usually not very crowded but therefore a much nicer place. It is one of the best places you can come to relax. This island, which is very close to the port, is also surrounded by water, where you can rent a paddle boat and take a tour. Apart from that, it is a very nice place for hiking. With its unspoilt nature, you can see some squirrel-like animals and you can climb to the top and relax in traditional korean seating. Mokpo Skywalk,located on the Mokpo city, is one of the popular tourist destinations. This place opened 2 years ago. It’s just next to sea. In this place, which has a height of 15 meters, you can watch the famous mokpodaegyo bridge and the sea. All ground made by glass, so you can also watch sea by looking down if you dont have any afraid of height. There are also different Korean restaurants and cafes nearby. #fallingforfall Gohada Observatory is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Mokpo, located in Gohada Island. It can be reached by walking down the mountain road after parking the car. Or you can come here by using a cable car. There is a cafe at the bottom of the Observatory. Here you can relax and have a snack. On the other floors, there are different photographs and observation windows. The top floor is designed in such a way that you can watch the city from a bird's eye view. It is known for its resemblance to two people wearing the traditional Korean hat, namely the satgats. With this road built on the shore of the sea, you can take a walk and take pictures here. On the one hand, the trees of the mountain that have started to change color, on the other hand, the sound of the waves of the sea is really pleasing.
