We passed by a traditional bakery with the warm scent of freshly baked bread, a honey stall, and even learned about a charity-run school on the hilltop (not open to the public). If you’re up for an adventure, nearby Gunung Pulai Waterfall is worth a visit—just bring extra clothes if you plan to get wet! Also, note that disposable plastic bottles aren’t allowed past the entrance. . Getting here isn’t the easiest—Grab rides can be hard to secure. We waited for nearly an hour before calling a backup transport option, so driving yourself is the best choice. .
