Located in the beautiful and lush Garden Wing, the One-Bedroom Suites are typically 81 sqm in size and it comes with an expansive Bougainvillea-laden balcony where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air. Previously, booking the Garden Wing One-Bedroom Suite will give you access to the Horizon Club Lounge (located in the Tower Wing) as with the full range of privileges but since the Tower Wing is currently closed off to staycation-goers, you will not be able to enjoy this for the time being. St Regis is one of the classic hotels along Orchard Road. Built in the early 2000s, it was where Donald Trump stayed when he met Kim Jong Un in Singapore. Don’t get me wrong, it is overall a very comfortable choice. However, it was a rather uninspiring hotel which has not been majorly renovated since it’s inception. Not one I would be craving to return to. The St Regis suite was the smallest available and boasted separate living room, huge toilet with standalone bathtub and bedroom. Definitely enough space for the family to spread out. Butler service was prompt and hot chocolates delivered without drama (**NOTE: Butler service are now reduced to 11am-4pm daily, which is a significant downgrade). With the CNY holidays and the ongoing winter olimpics games traveling outside the chinese capital has been quite difficult. For these reasons we decided for a tranquil staycation in Miyun district in the northern area of Beijing for having a feeling of traveling and holidays. we stayed in a homestay close to the water town, it was easily reachable with a cab and if you wanted to as well by foot. we spent one day in the water town, it was a bit cold but worth the clean sky and air. I was a little skeptical going there, but I was positively surprised by the not too touristy atmosphere of that day. even though you can see the latest men work, i could appreciate the beneath original architecture and structure and it was very different from the closer cities. i really liked it and if you have one day to spare during your travel or stay in Beijing you can visit it, it's worth it. i suggest to stay one night and go up to the Simatai great wall from inside the city and have a view from above surrounded by the lanterns and the stars. #staycation #极光#来这看最美日落#慢生活#登山#tigeryear2022

So what impresses me about Phe La compared to other tea shops? That is the brewing method. Phe La will use coffee brewing methods applied to oolong tea such as: syphon, nitro, french press, ... However, to apply these methods, Phe La's oolong tea must go through and meet the requirements of raw materials, processing methods as well as cold brewing activities, ... then these methods can be applied. To be able to clearly feel this difference, that day I ordered 2 types of drinks with two different brewing methods: Lang Biang and Egg Cream Oolong. Lang Biang uses the nitro cold brew method, the tea is cold brewed for 16 hours, to make it easier to drink for those who cannot drink tea, there is jasmine jam "tricking" the taste buds so it is quite sweet. This is a relatively light and easy-to-drink tea, suitable for the hot summer of the capital when you need a highly refreshing drink. Egg cream oolong gives me the opposite feeling, this drink is made using the Moka Pot method. To make egg tea, the dried tea buds must go through a manual grinding process and then put into a Moka Pot to extract the juice. The eggs are completely made from chicken eggs, that drink has a strong tea flavor and is quite unique, you can feel the strong tea aftertaste. It's been a week since I've been able to wander into the alleys and small lanes of Hanoi just to sip a cup of coffee, it's true that being away makes me miss it :> Tat Cafe is a small cafe, located quietly at the end of the alley (you go into alley 135 then turn left at Lily clothing shop and you'll see it). Because of this location, the cafe is quite quiet and chill, so it's not suitable for large groups of friends. The cafe space is small with a cool outdoor space (sitting outside is great in this weather), the space inside is a bit stuffy and dark with about 3 tables for everyone to sit. I went early in the morning so it was quiet, the soft and melodious music made me feel very comfortable, I could bring my laptop and books here to study. I ordered a Bui Duong - it costs 50k but the cafe is currently soft-opening so it's 20% off, only 36k. This is a creamy coffee with a little salt added to create a highlight in the aftertaste. Light and easy to drink coffee, I need caffeine these days but I'm afraid of getting drunk so I really like this type of coffee. In addition, there are many signature dishes with unique names depending on each person's "taste" to choose from the strong and passionate coffee flavor or the light and addictive flavor :> The minus point is that the take-away cup is in a plastic bag, so when you ride, all the coffee spills out, so when you get a 20% discount, the amount of coffee also flies out, sadly.. Ngày đầu tiên qua One Roaster, mình đã được kể là tầng 2 sau này sẽ là một tiệm bánh, không ngờ lại chính là nơi mình hay qua lại để ăn bánh mỳ Sourdough nhất - Labonte. Dù đã mở được một thời gian, nhưng đến hôm nay mình mới có thể qua và review cho mọi người được. Nằm trên tầng 2 của One Roaster, mọi người hoàn toàn có thể order nước ở dưới và mang lên Labonte để nhâm nhi cùng bánh nhé. Không gian tiệm cũng nhỏ thôi, chỉ là một gian phòng với ba bộ bàn ghế đơn giản. Tone màu xanh trắng kết hợp một cách hài hoà, dễ chịu - màu của mùa hè. Ban công nhỏ thì toàn cây xanh, càng làm không gian ở đây thêm phần “thơ”. Dù không gian nhỏ, nhưng Labonte vẫn decor cẩn thận như tranh treo tường, kệ sách nhỏ,.. dễ thương lắm Hôm nay thì ở One Roaster mình gọi Rasberry Milkshake ăn cùng bánh Lemon Chiffon. Nghe hơi kì khi kết hợp hai đồ uống chua nhỉ, hu mình cũng công nhận sự ngu si này =))))) Nhưng mà hôm nay đánh giá về bánh màaa. Chiffon nằm trong nhóm Foam Cake – nhóm gồm các loại bánh nở dựa vào bọt khí có trong trứng hoặc lòng trắng trứng đánh bông. Bởi vậy, có thể nói là làm Chiffon khó và mất nhiều thời gian, nhưng Labonte đã làm thành công xuất sắc. Lớp bánh mềm mịn, bông xốp, chỉ cần nhấn dĩa xuống là bạn có thể nghe được tiếng *insert tiếng bánh xốp* một cách rõ rệt rồi. With this location, when you enter, the shop gives you a very gentle and comfortable feeling. The space is divided into 2 with one room with tables and chairs of the right height for customers who want to come to study or work. The deeper room inside is all soft sofas that are quite private. Although this space is a bit dark, rest assured that each table has a yellow light to provide enough light for everyone. Today, I changed my study view to a place where I could sit high up and look at the peaceful alleys, and still be quiet without being bothered by noise, which is the Heavenly Land cafe. This time I came back, I noticed that the cafe was much more neat than the previous times I came, from the space to the decor, everything was airy and neat. The biggest change was the 3rd floor space with a loft - which is also where I studied today :> The 3rd floor space was renovated with more seats, in addition, the cafe also set up a photo corner and will change over time for everyone to come and take virtual photos. Recently, I have a hobby of going to low-key cafes, no need for a beautiful space to check-in, just an open and quiet space is enough to love it. I "noticed" Audio Cafe after going around West Lake to watch the sunset several times, but today I finally had the chance to sit down. On weekends like this, West Lake will always be a gathering place for young people, so choosing a quiet, comfortable cafe like Audio is like finding gold. Because the cafe is located near West Lake, after sipping a glass of water, I just hop on the motorbike to watch the sunset instead of jostling with crowds. Audio Cafe is a cafe combined with a CD & DVD store, when I entered the shop, I felt like I was back to my childhood, the days when I asked my mother to buy some cartoon CDs and watched them 7749 times without getting bored =))) Audio Cafe brings me simplicity, slowness and extreme peace, a nostalgic space with many memories. So now 4P's also opened a cute cafe corner for everyone to stop by after eating pizza. Hearing about 4P's opening a cafe is strange but I have to try it. It's been a long time since a new cafe appeared to change my study place, so I was excited to take my bike out even though I was sick. The shop is located right on Hao Nam street, prominent and easy to spot. The spacious space includes two floors with a pleasant interwoven gray wood tone. However, I feel that the decor is a bit similar to Bonjour =)))) The second floor has a glass window area that welcomes beautiful natural sunlight, it looks nice but it's very hot to sit there. The space is spacious but the tables and chairs are arranged a bit loosely, so the second floor feels a bit empty. I see that most people come here to study/work because of the open space, high tables, comfortable cushioned chairs and many power outlets. Unfortunately, yesterday when I went by, there was a group of customers on the first floor talking very loudly, I was sitting on the second floor but I could still clearly hear the conversation and laughter. The customer factor is always an important factor that determines the space of a cafe, so I think the shop should proactively remind noisy customers and you guys when you come to the shop should also preserve the common space. Another thing that makes me wonder is how the shop takes care of the car, but when I saw my car, the mirror was broken for some reason =)))) I ordered a hot chocolate for 59k, it was during the opening period so it was discounted to 48k, I think.
