A spring treat. Spending time surrounded by cherry blossoms at the Kofu Castle ruins
#Spring0yenTrip
Kofu Castle ruins are located right after leaving Kofu Station.
The cherry blossoms were in full bloom at the time, and the combination of the stone walls and the cherry blossoms was just stunning...!
When I heard it was the ruins of a castle, I imagined it to be a bit dull, but this place is not like that at all. It's spacious and just walking around is pleasant.
From the castle tower, you can see the Kofu cityscape, and you can even catch a glimpse of the snow-capped mountains in the distance. A truly spectacular spring view!
There weren't too many tourists, and the relaxed atmosphere of locals relaxing on benches was also very pleasant.
If you come to Kofu during cherry blossom season, this is a spot you should definitely stop by!

Just a short walk from Kofu Station, I found myself at the Kofu Castle Ruins—and wow, the cherry blossoms were in full bloom!
The contrast between the stone walls and soft pink petals was absolutely breathtaking.
I climbed up to the former castle tower and got an amazing view of the city below, with snow-capped mountains in the distance.
It wasn't crowded, and the peaceful vibe made it a perfect spot to take a break and soak in springtime in Japan.

Waking up in Rio de Janeiro hits different.
The sound of the waves, the breeze from the ocean, and that iconic view of Sugarloaf Mountain — it’s like stepping into a postcard. 🏞️
I booked my hotel near Copacabana through @tripcom_global, and not only was it budget-friendly, but I had the beach literally across the street. ☀️🏖️
💡Pro Tip: Head to Arpoador at sunset — it’s where locals go to applaud the sun as it sets. Trust me, it’s magic. ✨
Whether it’s hiking up to Christ the Redeemer, sipping fresh coconut water on the sand, or just vibing to samba in Lapa — Rio doesn’t just impress you, it awakens you. 🇧🇷❤️

Enjoy a hearty bowl of aged pork bone ramen near Mount Fuji! Sodashi @ Lake Kawaguchi
#Spring0yenTrip
After sightseeing at Lake Kawaguchi, I stopped by Sodashi Aged Tonkotsu Ramen for a late lunch.
The aroma of the tonkotsu soup whets your appetite from the moment you enter the restaurant!
I ordered their signature aged tonkotsu ramen, which was richer and creamier than I expected.
The soup is rich but not heavy, so you can drink it until the last sip without getting bored.
The pork slices are melt-in-your-mouth and so soft that they fall apart when you hold them with chopsticks!
I thought it was a tourist price, but it was very filling and great value for money.
If you come to the Mt. Fuji area, this is a bowl you should try!

The broth was flavorful without being too heavy, and the chashu pork was melt-in-your-mouth tender.
