From the castle tower, you can see the Kofu cityscape, and you can even catch a glimpse of the snow-capped mountains in the distance. A truly spectacular spring view! There weren't too many tourists, and the relaxed atmosphere of locals relaxing on benches was also very pleasant. The aroma of the tonkotsu soup whets your appetite from the moment you enter the restaurant! I ordered their signature aged tonkotsu ramen, which was richer and creamier than I expected. The soup is rich but not heavy, so you can drink it until the last sip without getting bored. The pork slices are melt-in-your-mouth and so soft that they fall apart when you hold them with chopsticks! I thought it was a tourist price, but it was very filling and great value for money. If you come to the Mt.
