I visited the Birkenstock Dosan Flagship Store located near Dosan Park. The exterior of the building gave off a traditional Korean house vibe, so it was definitely different from other brand stores. When I went inside, traditional elements like hanji walls and stone pedestals were incorporated everywhere, and Birkenstock products were neatly displayed inside, so the space itself felt like an exhibition. The product line was quite diverse, and the premium line 1774 collection was also displayed separately, so it was fun to look around. The staff was friendly, and I liked that I could look around slowly in a comfortable atmosphere. Banksia Bakery is a charming local bakery in Sydney that I stumbled upon and instantly fell in love with. The exterior is modest, but once you step inside, you're greeted by the heavenly aroma of butter and freshly baked bread that will make your mouth water. The display shelves are filled with freshly baked pastries, and the croissants and cinnamon rolls, in particular, are absolutely irresistible. I ordered a croissant and a latte, and the croissant was perfectly made—crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The coffee was smooth and rich, pairing wonderfully with the pastry. Explored Beopjusa Temple in Songnisan, Boeun, Chungbuk, and walked along the Sanmaki Trail in Goesan. Beopjusa Temple is a precious cultural heritage listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The serene atmosphere of the mountain temple brings a sense of solemnity and offers a peaceful retreat for the mind. The temple features the Great Maitreya Buddha, harmoniously blending with the surrounding hiking trails, making it a perfect spot to enjoy both hiking and temple sightseeing. Sanmaki Trail in Goesan is a restored path that once connected to the mountain village of Sanmaki. Walking along the trail by the lake, you can feel a sense of tranquility and peace. If you're looking to rejuvenate in nature, this is highly recommended.

I visited Jangtaesan Recreational Forest located on Jang-an Road in Seo-gu, Daejeon. It's a wonderful place for healing as you walk along the well-maintained deck paths surrounded by lush green forest. The Metasequoia forest trail is also beautifully arranged, making it a pleasure to walk while enjoying the scent of trees. The decks and stairs between the forest are well-constructed, making it easy and accessible for everyone to enjoy. The combination of various trees, the vibrant blue sky, and nature creates a soothing atmosphere, making you feel like you've found a perfect place for relaxation and peace of mind. The fresh scent of grass and the aroma of trees have left unforgettable memories.

#May Travel Support Fund During this trip to Jeju, I decided to move to a different hotel every day for 3 nights and stay 1 night. The first day, I stayed at Stanford Hotel & Resort, which is relatively close to the airport and the Aewol coastal road and cafe street. Since it is right in front of the beach, I could see the ocean right from the room terrace, which was really nice. The room was spacious and the bathroom and toilet were separate, so it was comfortable, and the bed was cozy. The second day, I spent a day at Shilla Hotel in Jungmun Tourist Complex. It was close to the beautiful garden and Saekdal Beach, so the walking path along the beach was nice, and above all, the elegant and luxurious interior of the hotel captivated my heart. There was nothing I didn't like about the European-style room and the terrace that overlooked the garden and the ocean. I also looked around Lotte Hotel right next to the beach Olle Trail and read Samchaek. The last day, I stayed at Eco Land Hotel at the foot of Hallasan Mountain for 1 night. Eco Land, which was surrounded by nature, was quiet and exotic. Like a maze The room was a bit hard to find because it was a long walk down the hallway, but the view of Mt. Halla from the terrace was also great. The pool was beautiful and there were various pools. The infinity pool was warm and the lights were shining and pretty even at night. All three places were so great. It was so good that I would stay there again next time I come to Jeju.

I ordered the Shrimp Aglio e Olio and Spicy Rose Shrimp Risotto, and both dishes were satisfying with plump, flavorful shrimp. The Aglio e Olio had a rich garlic aroma that became more appealing with every bite, while the Rose Risotto had a subtly spicy and creamy sauce that was truly captivating. Overall, the portions were generous, and the ambiance was delightful, making it a great spot for a date or a meal with friends.

DoubleTree by Hilton Osaka Castle is quietly located near the moat of Osaka Castle. Combining Japan's signature cleanliness with the freshness of a newly opened hotel, it perfectly complements the serene atmosphere of Osaka Castle. The staff are generally friendly and welcoming, always smiling. The room types are divided into Osaka Castle View and River City View. I stayed in a River City View room, and the exotic and refreshing river view left me personally very satisfied.
