With tall bar stools and a centralized cooking area in the middle, you get to see chefs in action cooking your ramen and preparing your dishes. Do try their tsukemen, a dry type of thick ramen which goes into a dipping broth. Here at Kanbe, you get to choose different flavours/types of broth, from spicy to garlicky ones etc, and the broth is so yummy that you will slurp it all up. Thick pieces of char siew is accompanied with your springy ramen noodles and the portion here is crazy huge. You won't walk out leaving hungry still. You will be extremely satisfied and full. Yums!
