good breakfast place
Salad bowls were good except for the dry and seemed a little undercooked brown rice. Had “fry up”, if you prefer asian taste on a western meal, you might be able to accept this, especially bacon being the star of the dish. However, i would prefer everything to taste western when i’m here.
Portion is huge. The staff said they cooked and stored the brown rice in fridge and was meant to serve cold. Other ingredients were pretty good and generous serving. Coffee and brownie were great.

nice dining experience
They serve fusion western fare, finger foods and typical cafe items with pocket friendly prices. Decent menu and offers a fuss-free and an exciting dining experience. Modern interior coupled with a beautiful mural. GAIA fusion stands out in both it's location and it's food. They also serve house teas, gryphons teas, freshly brewed coffee and tap.
The rotisserie chicken was stuffed with truffle paste but the portion was a little stingy. But was warm and crispy, it was wholesome with some roasted veggies and the crispy snow peas have an interesting texture.

good variety of food
There are some interesting items on the menu. Especially if you are looking for a change from Guangdong style food or Chinese food. They have Thai options and Malaysian dishes too. Their asian fusion pasta was incredibly delicious, bursting into a myriad of flavours in my mouth.
I'm someone who doesn't normally order asian fusion pasta or anything that does fusion. Their mala prawn pasta was spicy, coated in thick seafood broth. the blue swimmer crab pasta was tomatoes with a little tangy taste, elevating the dish overall.

Standstill in-time
💞Reasons to Recommend: Love the ambience and scenic park to be in. Am literally surprised to experience this despite reading a lot of write ups on this park.
We walked from Yong Qing Fang as we were staying in one of the hotels there. It took us a good 25 mins walk (used AMAP app). This is a gazetted historical area that serves as a tranquil reminder of the colonial European period, with quiet pedestrian avenues flanked by trees and lined by historical buildings in various states of upkeep. You may find hotels, restaurants, chic cafes and souvenir shops as well. This is a good place to chill. Love the vibes !

The Abi Waqas Mosque in Guangzhou is a serene and historic sanctuary, offering a peaceful retreat in the heart of a bustling city. Revered for its connection to Sa‘d ibn Abi Waqqas, a companion of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), the mosque blends Chinese architectural elegance with Islamic spiritual heritage. The site is well-maintained, with clean facilities, a tranquil garden, and a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and worshippers alike. Its significance as a cultural bridge between Arab and Chinese Muslim history makes it a must-visit for those interested in Islamic heritage in China.
nice coffee varieties
The depth of flavors was beautifully balanced, with subtle notes of fruitiness and nuttiness depending on the bean selection. The pastries were equally delightful, with a selection of buttery, flaky croissants and decadent kouign-amann.
Their menu showcases an impressive variety of specialty beans, each thoughtfully sourced and roasted to perfection. The pain au chocolat was another highlight, with its rich, velvety chocolate filling contrasting beautifully with the light pastry.

excellent menu
This was a pleasant surprise, we happen to randomly find it. It seemed lovely with lots of eaters and the menu was refreshing. We had been eating local stuff all this while but breakfast is when we thought something familiar or standard would be better. Full marks for the cozy ambience, lit with natural lighting (might be a tad warm/too bright if you are seated right below) and cute graphics.
Totally augmented the fantastic coffee and delicious food. The staff was friendly and threw in some noise printers. Special mention for the Acai Chia Bowl, which was hearty, tasty and healthy to boot. Overall, definitely worth visiting.

good western options
We initially planned to go somewhere else but it was full. We googled for pet-friendly cafes and saw Nikko 21 was within walking distance. I called to check availability and thankfully they were able to hold a table for us in such short notice.
The food was delicious. We ordered the shakshuka, blue crab pasta, carbonara and beef burger, and finished every bite! We saw reviews saying the food was on the pricy side but honestly quality-wise I think it was worth it. The fries especially were so fresh and crispy.

lovely bar cafe
This was. good find. Noticed it while walking around so we had a look at the menu and decided to drop by in the evenings around the happy hours. Very cool cafe/bar. Has loads of latte options including black sesame, Hojicha, and matcha with oat or soy milk options.
Also beers, coffee (looked and smelled great) and cocktails. Would have loved to have time to come back here but will have to wait until next visit. Cool music too. Overall, everything seemed worth the money.

great vibes
I was surprised by how good they made their food. Normally your expectations are not that high when you are wearing western food in china. But here it was really imlressive. Ordered Philly Steak Sandwich, fish tacos, ham and cheese sandwiches, dirty chai latte, and their signature the one coffee.
I love the steak sandwich, super delicious, juicy, mustard spiced, sourdough bread. Op for medium rare option. Fish tacos is crispy and juicy. The melts in your mouth. Definitely going to recommend and even visit them again when coming to guangzhou
#guangzhouguide#couplestrip
delicious food and good atmosphere
The seafood sauce was so delicious they you won’t able to stop the bread with it. Mala prawn pasta was nice balanced with spiciness and the sauce.
I was spontaneously trying the newly created sesame latte. It was so tasty.
I got the crab pasta, my friend who wasn’t planning on getting anything tried a bite and immediately decided to order her own because it was too good. Attentive service and suburb chilling ambiance. They have unexpected creative daily specials so don’t be shy to ask.
#guangzhouguide #staycation
excellent steak sandwich and coffee
We Ordered The Prawn Pasta (mala) and blue seinmer crab pasta. The taste is fantastic and just nice for those who love to try new way of cooking of pasta. We also tried the Philly. This is the best philly cheese steak sandwhich I've had in Asia.
Also ordered signature coffee and flat white. They're also known for their coffee and its so well done and very aromatic. It's one of the best flat whites. To be honest is really nice and the best part is, if you know what you want on your coffee they will try to customise for you.

good food
We had a fantastic experience at the Fang cafe. It wasn't planned and we randomly found the spot Initially looking for a coffee spot, we ended up enjoying a delicious meal as well. The pasta and toast were particularly yummy!
The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially the person wearing a hat. The African guy too who speak fluent Cantonese. They gave us good recommendations and their food was very well done.
#guangzhouguide#afternoonteatime
wonderful cafe
The fish and chips is crispy and clean, meat is flaky, so if you like crispy and
I enjoyed the chai latte very much as well. Atmosphere is good, service is faflaky fish and chip, this is to die for, the fries was a little too big in portion for us but who wouldn’t like to have more. Fantastic vibes and food was so yummy. Came here to hang out on a weekend and the staff was so friendly. Gave us fries and piccolo shots cause we looked too famished and in need of caffeine.
st, would definitely visit here again. Highly recommended for steak sandwich, steak was tender and good balance on the sauce. Coffee was really aromatic and rich, we ordered the one, which is their speciality and latte with an extra shot.
#guangzhouguide#familytravel #afternoonteatime
good choice of coffee
The place looks really nice and i think it's a bit popular too. Built on a modern wooden theme, the interior depicts a classic and modern, elegant look. They maintained the greenery and for a moment I thought I was connected to nature. It's famous for the assortment of toasts and aromatic coffee.
I have enjoyed their drinks more than the food. I loved their mocha - subtle taste with lots of aroma. On top of that, they are eco friendly - using tissues made of premium unbleached natural bamboo. We waited for a while for the food and drinks to come. The taste was average but the presentation was great. Prices were expensive.

wonderful coffee experience
I had been looking for a decent cup of coffee that can live up to the western standards. Having tried, several i was glad to have randomly ended up here. The coffee here is exceptional, with beans roasted in-house and a wide range of brews prepared by skilled baristas.
Their attention to detail and dedication to quality are evident in every cup, from rich espresso shots to beautifully crafted lattes. The food here is very good. I love my Unagi Wrap. You can see that each dish is prepared with care. The salads at the side are very fresh. Cakes and coffee are also fantastic. Well portioned. Service was also adequate. Cost wise, it is just a tad on the higher side.
#guangzhouguide #staycation #coffeelovers
impressive coffee
We ordered the spicy pulled pork and triple cheese grilled sandwich. The service is fast. However, the way the food was served can be improved. The wooden plate or the sheet on top of it weren't really meant for the cutting of the knife. But let's talk about the Flat White.
It was, simply put, flawless. The velvety microfoam was expertly poured, creating a delicate balance with the rich, robust espresso. The coffee itself had notes of dark chocolate, caramel, nutty tones, and the overall experience was pure coffee bliss
#guangzhouguide#afternoonteatime
nice speciality coffee place
Their coffee game has improved. This time we had the pour overs. They have a decent selection with some beans having unique flavor notes. I liked it. Would say it still kept a pretty good standard, had the breakfast platter which was good scrambled egg was nicely done as well as the portobello mushroom.
The sausage was of great quality as well and we had the French toast with berry’s. Mocha was nicely done aswell and the strawberry shaken ice tea. The barista who prepared my coffee looked very professional and skilled. You have the option to seat inside or outside. Because of the summer heat, I stayed inside.
#guangzhouguide#coffeelovers
western cafe options
If you want a change from the ordinary or would like to have a western breakfast. This place serves as a decent option. The scrambled eggs were perfectly cooked—soft and not too firm, although the egg portion was slightly small. The bacon was crispy and flavorful.
The pancakes could come with a bit of butter, which I think would enhance the taste. The hashbrowns were delightfully crispy. Overall, the food quality was excellent, but the service staff could benefit from being more cheerful.
#guangzhouguide#breakfast
nice cafe and bakery
This is a nice cafe located in the same space as the bakery glass house. For Guangzhou, the peices were similar to any of your typical and western coffee shops. The food was great too. The salmon with sourdough toast had a heap of smoked salmon with cucumber and cream cheese.
The classic burger is pretty hefty and love the hash brown that they put in it. I needed that extra crunch because the bun itself isn't toasted. I typically prefer my buns to have a little crunch to it personally. Nice ambiance and good service too.
#guangzhouguide #thingstodo
a decent cafe but pricey
Some parts of the experience were very nice. The mains we tried were basic. Avo toast and sweet chili chicken with sweet potato were both wholesome but had similar taste profiles, with generous smashed avo. The chickpeas in the latter were crispy and moreish. The grilled cheese was tasty enough but quite standard. We quite enjoyed the tater-yaki dish but if it is split between 2, it may be too much.
Overall, it's an aesthetically clean ambiance, high quality nibbles and great coffee. 22 rmb for a latte, sneaky service charge. I find coffee prices very high for guangzhou in general, so it's hard to recommend this one for coffee.

Women's Water Park Diary💦 skov river wonderland 🇨🇳
#guangzhouguide
It's summer vacation, and I finally came to the water park I've been longing for. I went to Guangzhou Forest Sea with my roommates on the weekend! It was fun and relaxing from day to night! I like the coconut beach and the sea fireworks show the most~
Attached is my guide to the water park:
🎒Prepare items: mobile phone bag, change of clothes, slippers, water, small bread, plastic bag for wet clothes
🩱Clothing and hairstyle: Many projects have a strong impact, and a one-piece swimsuit is convenient to play. The hairstyle is a double ponytail or boxing braid, which looks good in photos, and wet hair does not affect the play. Remember to apply sunscreen because the ultraviolet rays are strong!
