The area around is huge and it’s like another city itself. We arrived on weekends and there was a wedding celebration there with so many beautiful decorations and guests. Teaching the place is easy by the taxi - the price for taxi is very affordable there and you can also order a transfer service from the hotel, but it will be more expensive of course. The room was perfectly designed and clean with the pool view. There are bars and restaurants and spa on the territory of the hotel. Also there is a jogging route around and gym as well. The staff is always ready to help and the breakfast is just delicious, here you can try local cuisine as well. Highly recommend to stay longer. #addisababahotel #addisababa

One of the best hotels in Addis Ababa, if even not the best one, very conveniently located in the city. The staff is super helpful and polite, the room is extremely clean and having everything you need, the view from the balcony is just stunning. Breakfast is super delicious, lounge area is cozy with tasty food. The pool area is big and so comfy. Spa with jacuzzi is free for the hotel guests, you only need to pay for massage if needed. Note: advance reservations is needed, we arrived on Sunday at 4 pm and the massage was fully booked for this day. They also have a jogging route marked with the sign and very good outdoor gym. Addis Ababa Museum dragged my attention starting from the building itself. It an old wooden building. At first when you enter you may compare it to the other historical museums you have already been to and this one will seem very modest and simple to you. True, it is very simple but very rich in historical things insides. Artefacts and pictures help you to understand the interesting history of Addis. A wonderful place to go out and enjoy the beautiful area. Friendship park is located very conveniently, there is a parking lot if needed and the entrance fee is very cheap, just 110 byr. The area is very big, clean and has many restaurants and pond and a beautiful area with different flowers and stairs from which you can take different beautiful pictures and get the wonderful city view in the flower garden. #aprilblooms #addisababa #ethiopia

Whenever you are in Addis Ababa, visit this museum. Although it may seem to you not that much compared to the museums in other countries, it’s very informative and you can learn a lot about an interesting history of Addis Ababa. Full of artifacts and pictures, located in an old wooden house where you go up using wooden stairs help you to understand how old their culture is.
