Huka falls are a phenomenal natural wonder about ten minutes drive from Taupo on the north island of New Zealand. The waterfalls form huge rapids and produce crazy amounts of foam which is where they get their name, ‘Huka’ is Māori for foam. There’s a small car park at the main entrance with a height over the main entrance rapids, there are various paths that follow the river to various viewing platforms. We only walked for about ten minutes and found two viewing platforms with incredible views. The falls themselves really are unbelievable and the sheer force of them is hard to comprehend, you can hear the water before you see it. If you’re in the area you really need to visit! This dam is located in Ohio in Franklin County near Columbus. It’s name is same as famous dam in Nevada. There are different areas around park where people can play, trek, do fishing or boating. Many people do kayaking as well. There is trail which is used for running or walking or cycling. There are multiple recreational area around Hoover dam. All area are pretty much beautiful and safe. It opens till 10PM and then dam gates are closed and opens next morning. There are few picnic areas as well where people can come with there lunches or snacks and spend time or they can used BBQ stations to bbq. Victoria Harbour Marine Park is located in Wan Chai Promenade, Hong Kong. It takes about ten minutes to walk from the newly opened Convention and Exhibition Center Station. Duck boats are available in two-person or four-person boats. Each session is 45 minutes. Online booking, discounts available on weekdays from Monday to Friday. This time I booked online for 6pm, the last two-person boat, for 120 dollars, which was quite a bargain. You must arrive at the registration desk 15 minutes before boarding, show the confirmation email, put on your life jacket and then the staff will arrange for you to board the ship. Although we saw one of the special edition two-person boats [Chocolate Rain], the staff arranged a four-person boat instead of the two-person boat we originally booked. Although it was the last session at 6pm, it was still sunny and hot. Dali is a small city, but it has so many surprises in store for it's visitors. Cangshan Mountain is one of them. It has lush forests, with chrystal clear streams running down. The water has the freshest blue color, and all i wanted to do, was take a dip. Unfortunately, it isn't allowed. 🥲 There is also a lake at the top of the mountain, which can be reached via one of the 2 cable cars. (the 2 cable cars take you to 2 different scenic spots) The cable cars can easily be located on any Chinese map, and the ticket prices are very reasonable. It is a lovely place to visit in the summer, as the temperatures are very pleasant. Maldives has always been on my wishlist. straight away from Sri Lanka adventure, we departed on Sri Lankan Airlines to Velana International Airport, Male. We spent the night boarding a boat to reach Male (the capital city of Maldives) for a stroll near the beach & food hunting. we also visited few important attractions at Male. Next morning, we were on a boat heading to somewhere at the middle of the sea and enjoying the sun, sands & water of Maldives. It was sunny and the weather was beautiful. we ate our lunch on the boat and swam for hours at the beach. the water was crystal clear and we can see little fishes. i dropped my spectacle into the water but unlucky to retrieve it back. will definitely go again for more luxurious stay in Maldives next time #beach #water #sunny #maldives #sunny #male
