Let's embrace the warmth of wood 🧡🌿
#InsomniaInJapan
Embrace the warmth of wood and the aroma of charcoal-baked pizza in a peaceful natural setting at “Moku Yuurin” (もく遊りん), a farm-style lifestyle cafe and restaurant located amidst a green forest in Hakusan City, Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan.
🌲 A touch of countryside in wooden architecture
The shop uses wood as its main element, from the structure, columns, beams, to decorative elements, all of which demonstrate the craftsmanship of traditional Japanese carpentry. The joining techniques and delicate carvings bring the building to life and blend in with its context.
🍕 Unforgettable charcoal-baked pizza
The highlight menu item that you must try here is the pizza using a wood-fired oven imported from Italy, with local wood that adds a unique aroma. The dough is kneaded fresh every day. When it goes into the oven, you get a thin, crispy edge and a perfectly fluffy inside.
🪵 Wood and Home Decor Workshop
There is also a wood workshop zone, “木工房”, which is part of an old wood shop that has been in business for over 100 years, and a merchandise zone such as home decorations, wooden toys, miniature cars, and boxes, which are all handcrafted for us to buy and take home.
🎶 Music and activities in the embrace of nature
On some days, there will be live music performances, such as jazz, piano, or Japanese folk instruments. The soft music is accompanied by the smell of wood and the atmosphere in the forest, which is an experience that is hard to find in general cafes.
For anyone visiting Hakusan City, Ishikawa Prefecture, #InsomniaScene would like to recommend this shop. I guarantee that my friends You will definitely be impressed.
