Renowned for its breathtaking natural beauty & rich cultural heritage. Exploring the Xi Lake with my local friend in couple of weeks before, we were really enjoyed the lake's picturesque landscapes, especially during sunset and evening when lights illuminated. The "Ten Scenes of West Lake" such as 👉🏽 Three Pools Mirroring the Moon, & Leifeng Pagoda in the Sunset were the highlights. The lake is also associated with the legends like the "White Snake", and historic sites like Lingyin Temple and Yue Fei’s Tomb, adding the depth to the visit. We truly enjoyed strolling around the lake, taking in the serene views of willow trees, lotus flowers, and traditional bridges. If you have enough time, renting a boat or taking a cruise is highly recommend for a different perspective of the lake. ⏩ Unlike many tourist attractions, the Xi Lake area is FREE to enter, though some individual sites charge fees. 📍West Lake Scenic, Xihu District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China.

Sumbing, this village offers picturesque landscape and cool weather, making it a insta- worthy tourist spot. My friend drove me there for a day trip from Magelang city centre to the village in the early morning, it took around an hour for arrival. Parking place is available not far from the main entrance. We strolling around and taken lots of nice photos with the picturesque houses, plantation and Mount Sumbing as backdrop. After 1.5 hrs of sightseeing, we taken some rest at a beautiful cafe and had some local snacks. The Nepal Van Java is an amazing destination that offers an opportunity to experience the beauty of Indonesia’s nature, culture, and people, while also enjoying a sense of calmness. ⏩ Visitors have to pay IDR 10k per pax for entrance, after that explore on foot or hires Ojek motor to go around. ⏩ Overall rated: 4.9/5. Hiking to Lao Cai village during my Fansipan trip was easily one of the highlights of my visit to Vietnam. We set off early from Sapa, and the trail immediately felt magical. The morning mist hung low over the mountains, and the air was crisp and refreshing. As we trekked toward Lao Cai, the view of terraced rice fields sprawling across the valleys was absolutely stunning—shades of green and gold that seemed to stretch endlessly. I found myself stopping often, just to take in the scenery and the peacefulness of the surroundings. What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was our guide. She was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also so warm and approachable. Throughout the hike, she shared stories about the local Black Hmong people, their traditions, and the history of the region. She pointed out things I never would have noticed on my own, like different plants used in traditional medicine and the significance of certain symbols in the village. Her passion for her culture was infectious, and her energy kept us all excited about the journey. Thanks to her, we were able to interact with the local villagers in a way that felt genuine and respectful. She introduced us to a local family, where we had the chance to taste some traditional dishes and even watch how they created their beautiful woven textiles. Her guidance made the entire hike feel so much more personal and immersive. Starting to get a bit bored with all those landscapes and waterfalls? No worries I got you covered! This time I’ll bring you with me to explore something new and it’s perfect for a fun little day out. Feel free to follow this travel guide to make the most of it! We started our day at Brimham Rocks which has over 200 years of history with about 20 different rock structures. Each of them is unique in their own way and i was truly blown away by how magnificent and gigantic they were! The walk is about 2-3 hours long with mostly flat roads. You could also climb up to the rocks and get a stunning view from to top! After enjoying all the breathtaking views, we went to Knaresborough with is an absolute stunning town and only 30 minutes drive away from Brimham Rocks. This is where you could see the iconic and scenic viaduct. There’s also a castle which is right next to the viaduct so definitely go check it out if you are interested in it. While the island is not served by mainland transport like Shinkansen, there are efficient alternatives like the apid trains, it takes only three hours to get to Tokushima, one of the principal cities of Shikoku, from Osaka. The toshushima city in tokushima prefecture is one of the culturally most rewarding regions in Shikoku. In addition to some of the most beautiful temples on the Shikoku Pilgrimage Route, the prefecture is also home to Iya Valley, which centuries ago was the hiding ground of Heike soldiers trying to escape the Genji Clan after the Genpei War. The valley is also home to picturesque vine bridges that connect the two sides of the river. One place that you should not miss when visiting Bali is the amazing Ulun Danu Beratan Temple which is located in the middle of Bali, an approximate 90mins drive from Denpasar. This is a Hindu temple located on a lake with backdrop of the beautiful mountain with many photo opportunities which is located in Candikuning. Highly recommended to also come here with a driver. In Sabah Sarawak, i realise that there are more chinese as compared to the mainland malaysia, and the food consist mainly of bbq wild boar(which is non-halal) and chinese delicacies like chilli crab and laksa as well. Also, in the morning, wake up early to catch a glimpse of the low lying clouds and the nice cool weather. If time prevails hike up towards Sosodikon Hill which is more than 1000m above sea level. Don't worry, although the elevation seems super high, the entrance from the hut towards the top of the outloook only take less than 15minutes which is mostly doable by many.

This Bridge is popular for one who loves ocean drives, but if you do want to take a photo you can head to the Amagase Park before you start crossing the bridge to have a photogenic shot of the long curved bridge over the waters. I assume, the best time to take this shot is at sunset.

Can’t explain the Incredible scenery in Zhangjiajie, Hunan ⛰ Most famous for the avatar mountains. This place has been on my bucket list to see for a long time, extremely happy to finally have visited!😍 Highly recommend Zhangjiajie National Forest. Would suggest to stay closer to the east gate as this is the main entrance of the forest. This way you don’t waste time to commute everyday from the city centre. Wuling is in taroko national park, where driving can be abit scary due to the narrow roads but it's a 2 way traffic. And if the sky is clear, you be able to see gorgeous unblock views of Taiwan mountainous region. Wuling is 3070m high where the air can be thin, so take sometime to explore this place slowly, there is a hike up, away from the main area which bring you to another part of wuling where the cars can't go.

Where this is located in the middle of the entire hike towards the waterfall. You be able to see the many different coloured flowers, entrance here is free too! There are different variation of tulips and its being put together to make it look instaworthy! This is something not to be missed especially if you are someone who love flowers!

We stayed in a double room with a balcony and a view, this includes a HUGE toilet with bathtub, a heated bed and also includes tea by the hotel. Their biscuits served are homemade and was seriously so good that we got 1 boxes back home. These biscuits are actually homemade, and some flavours that you can't try elsewhere. Tea was also served to us eventhough we exceeded the tea time slot and arrived late at the hotel. Do arrive early so that you can dine and sit by the patio, watch the sunset and enjoy the view.

Of course you would want to wake up with an amazing view? Fret not, one homestay that you should consider here is the Euro Country Villa located at Taiwan, Nantou County, Ren’ai Township, 35號. This homestay includes a sumptuous breakfast that is prepared by the family themselves, and you will be greeted with an amazing view in the morning, view of the mountains, provided it is a clear morning! If im coming back here again, this place is a must stay for sure. But do take note, rooms on the 2nd floor, only have stairs access and might be abit of a trouble for wheelchair.

And if you like hiking this is the place you should go! Shakadang Trial is a trial visited by many tourists and its a well pathed and marked trial, it will take you approximately an hour one way and you will be greeted with beautiful rock formations, blue clear waters and fresh air! Half way thru the shakadang trail there is a little shop that sells food, your local Taiwanese food and homemade drinks. Have a good rest here, and if you do decide to head back, this is the half way mark to u turn.
