I went straight for their signature bamboo seafood platter, which is basically a feast served in a giant bamboo tube. It came loaded with prawns, mussels, squid, fish, and soaked in this spicy, tom yum-style broth. My local friend recommended and brought me there to savory their authentic Thai delights, I personally amazed by the Grilled Chicken and Homemade Stuffed Sausages. The grilled chicken was perfect juicy and tender, tastes sweet and flavourful. There are two types of sausages served here; Sai Krok Issan (more pungent & sour) and Sai Oua (more fragrant and spicy). We preferred the latter as the spices were aromatic and appetising. We also ordered their Signature Papaya Salad with Prawns, it was refreshing and crunchy in every bite. Not to forget their signatures drink Coconut Nectar Juice with 100% natural sweet taste without added sugar. ⏩ Overall rated: 4.8/5. It is located on Supasarnrangsan Road, Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province. It was built around 1936 by Mr. Keng Tang Lao, a Chinese who came to do business in Hat Yai. It is a Chinese temple of the Mahayana sect in Buddhism. The Chinese architecture is beautiful, with the roof, walls, and pillars carved in beautiful patterns unlike anywhere else. The building is decorated with Thai, Chinese, and Tibetan art, and the patterns on the tiled walls are beautiful and unique.
