Vinh Luong fishing port
Vinh Luong Fishing Port, located about 15 kilometers north of Nha Trang in Khanh Hoa Province, is a vibrant center of local maritime activity. This lively port showcases a colorful array of boats and fresh catches, reflecting the daily fishing operations of the community. The bustling market here offers a chance to experience authentic local flavors, from freshly caught seafood to traditional fishing techniques. With its picturesque coastal views and the energetic atmosphere of fishermen and vendors, Vinh Luong provides a unique insight into Vietnam’s fishing culture.
Starting our journey from Hon Chong, we crossed the lush Lương Sơn Pass adorned with vibrant bougainvillea, taking in the majestic scenery of Vietnam. As we approached Vinh Luong, located just a short drive from Nha Trang, the distinct aroma of seafood and salt greeted us. The fishing village was peaceful, with a small pier and boats docked around.
Arriving at 9 AM meant most trading activities had slowed down, but we managed to capture a few memorable photos, admire the streets and bay, and then continued on our journey.
