#traveldiaries Wat Benchamabophit Dusitwanaram is one of the most beautiful and famous royal temples in Bangkok, Thailand. It was built in 1899 by Prince Narisara Nuwattiwong (Prince Narisara Nuwattiwong), the mistress of Rama Dynasty (5) King of Kulalongkorn. There are also two lions at the entrance of the temple. In 2005, it was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Most foreigners know it as Wat Ben. As for Myanmar people, it is commonly known as (#5 Baton Temple). The reason is because the image of the temple is attached to the Thai five baht coin. The temple is built with marble imported from Italy, and inside the temple, a bronze statue of the Sukhothai period (1238-1438) is worshiped. The statue's title is Phra Phuttha Chinnarat and it was installed in 1920. Well this Curug is fully recommended. The local government had managed this place with good infrastructure. Dont worry how to get the waterfalls due to inside the forest had showed the map how to reach it and you will be there easily. There are seven waterfalls here and its fully exotic and awesome. You can swim easily under Curug 6 and Curug 7. Lowest waterfalls (Curug 7 & 6), is easy to access and that's why it became the most busiest waterfall starting from the park is open. So if you would like to take a picture of these 2 waterfalls, it is advisable you stay in the camping site provided by the park and get up early morning to shoot. Waterfall #5 - You have to trek a slope about 30min - 1 hour depending on your strength and stamina. Will re visit the place to complete all levels. Worth a visit and re-visit. #urbanexplorer

They sell clothes and shoes on the 2nd floor of Han Market. I bought Nike sweatpants (50,000 dong = approximately 2,700 won), a Nike round-sleeved T-shirt (50,000 dong = approximately 2,700 won), a Nike sweatpants city (50,000 dong = approximately 2,700 won), and white slippers (not Crocs, but 90,000 dong = 4,900 won). The Nike pants and round T-shirt had the Nike mark embroidered on them, and the Nike sweatpants had the Nike logo attached with something like glossy tape. However, the embroidered mark didn’t come off even after washing, and I wear them well, but the sweatpants attached with something like glossy tape fell off after washing them a few times. However, my husband wears them well even though the logo came off. The first floor sells top jelly, dried mangoes, and mango juice, but I couldn’t shop there. Because I was busy, I couldn’t shop for long, and I thought I needed to set aside half a day to shop properly. I'm planning to go to Da Nang again in January 2025, and I'm planning to buy my family's T-shirts then. 📍Conclusion: I washed it several times in Korea and it was still wearable, and I can't buy a 2,700 won T-shirt anywhere in Korea, so I'll buy Nike sweatpants (50,000 dong = about 2,700 won) and Nike round short-sleeved T-shirts (50,000 dong = about 2,700 won). #Da Nang Travel

This is one of Hong Kong's first designated country parks (1977) and part of a rural mountainous area that separates the Kowloon Peninsula from the New Territories. The country park covers approximately 550 hectares of hilly woodlands sandwiched in between the Ma On Shan Country Park to the east and Kam Shan Country Park to the west. This country park is where you find the famous Lion Rock, a 495 metre granite boulder covered hilltop that looks like a Lion's head when seen from a distance. Lion Rock is Hong Kong's most famous geographical landmark on the Kowloon side and a very popular destination for day hikers for its remarkable views of the city down below. The park is home to another interesting but less well known landmark called Amah Rock and more outstanding city views are found at places like the Beacon Hill Viewing Point around 45 hike west of Lion Rock. In addition to the popular hike to Lion Rock. The park is where you find the MacLehose Trail Section 5 which spans the width of the park from Tate's Cairn in the east to Tai Po Road in the west. There is an informal War Relic trail (17 different war time ruins along the Gin Drinker's Line that follows the Section #5 trail. The Wilson Trail Section #5 also cuts through the park before winding in and out of the northern boundary. There are a couple of popular short trails that are quite easy and family friendly as well. These include Eagle's Nest Trail that covers the area between the western end of the park and Beacon Hill and Hung Mui Kuk Nature Trail in the north that includes a stop at Amah Rock. Lion Rock Country Park has nice woodlands and the trails are in pretty good condition. Wildlife spotting mainly includes watching out for the groups of macaques that roam free in the area. These are mostly in the western half of the park. You won't see many around Lion Rock but as you approach the western end past Beacon Hill, they start to appear. By the time you are at Tai Po Road and the boundary with Kam Shan Country Park, they can be everywhere. Wild pigs can be spotted in the area at times, key your eye out for lizards, skinks and geckos and larger birds, particular our Common Black Kites are found in abundance. In the end, Lion Rock Country Park is good little country park, nicely located for the vast majority of Hongkongers.
