The Russian Village is located outside the city of Harbin and is a must-visit destination. This attraction is filled with castle-like buildings that resemble Russian architecture and spans a vast area, making it perfect for strolling and enjoying the snowy scenery of Harbin. Visitors can engage in various activities, such as sliding down from a tower or enjoying other fun experiences. For this trip, we booked through Trip.com and took a round-trip bus from Saint Sophia Cathedral to the village for approximately 800 baht. This is definitely a place you shouldn't miss if you're visiting Harbin!

Hengdaohezi is a city not far from Harbin. It takes about 1 hour by train. It is a very romantic city. Even if you go during the summer or low season, it still has a romantic atmosphere. It feels like you are visiting Russia because there are churches and Russian architecture all over the city. Because in the past, more than a hundred years ago, Russians came to build a train maintenance shop after the construction of the China East Railway, which is connected to the Trans-Siberian Railway of Russia. And now it is still well maintained. Just walking around and looking at the atmosphere of the city is worth it. And the people here are very cute. The food is not expensive. As for interesting tourist spots that are worth taking pictures of, each place is not far from each other. Took the high-speed train from Shenyang and made it a full day in this charming northern city. 🍽️ First stop: a feast of local flavors — think crispy Guo Bao Rou (锅包肉), hearty Di San Xian (地三鲜), classic Xiao Ji Dun Mo Gu (小鸡炖蘑菇) & refreshing Liang Pi (凉皮). If you exit the metro Zhongyang street and go towards Arbat on the left side, you can stumble upon a coffee shop, which in its style, design and beauty is not inferior to the best designer coffee shops in the world. The first floor is dedicated to coffee drinking, and on the second there are separate booths for tea ceremonies. The staff is very friendly, and the coffee is incredibly delicious. Incredibly cute coffee shop with cookies and buns in the shape of bears, dogs and other animals. The interior is like in Seoul. Very friendly sellers. At the entrance there is a bench in the shape of a dachshund. I bought cookies - they were very tasty. We got tickets for about 10,000 baht per person. Full service. The plane was okay. It was quite punctual. Plus, on the way there, we got a free hotel in Guangzhou during the overnight stop. It was worth it!! 🚗 We called DiDi to travel in Harbin. It is convenient and not expensive. And when going outside the city, we rented a van with a driver. It cost 1,200 yuan per day, about 6,000 baht. There were 6 of us, so it was 1,000 baht per person. The contact was from a friend of the admin group who likes to travel in China and Harbin. Harbin China is the best place to travel in Harbin. The information is very detailed and complete!!! Recommended accommodation in Snowtown Linzi Cottage (雪乡林子草堂民宿) Address: Inside Xuexiang Scenic Area, Hailin, Heilongjiang, China The accommodation is clean, the owner provides excellent service, the breakfast is delicious, the bathroom is clean, there is a spacious area, and there are many beautiful photo spots. It is close to the bus stop and activity area. Upon arrival in Snowtown, inform the accommodation and an uncle will come to pick you up. The same goes for the return trip, the uncle will help carry your luggage to send you off.

We’ve spend two days in this incredibile place, let me share some experience with you! 🗓️Day one: we arrived by taxi at around 4:30. This day we’ve spent there exploring the evening view and enjoying attractions. I would recommend to enjoy the free attractions that you don’t need to book in advance (like Ferris Wheel and the Slide are very hard to book in the evening and too cold to wait in the line), go to the ice bikes area - there are many attractions that you can enjoy without pre-booking. Also there are many stations to warm up and have a hot tea or hot snack. Walk around and enjoy! Be ready to wait in line for the subway! 🗓️Day 2: We came by the opening hour! ATTENTION! When you scan the ticket you need to go to the app to book the Ferris wheel or the Slide! (You can book only one at the time and you can’t book in advance! At 10:00 you can book the time slot from 10:00-11:00!!! Be aware!) if you don’t know how to do it, come to the stuff for help! Actually the view in the daylight is truly wonderful!
