This was my first time solo-travel to Taitung. It is a beautiful place that I will visit again and again. I made a lot of good friends at the hostel and during the swim in the ocean. I love the view on the way here by train, and I love that how the eastern Taiwan still preserves nature really well. You get to taste the rawness and beauty of nature but also the warmness from the people there. 📍East Coast Fugang Geopark (Xiaoyeliu) It’s a very good place if you are interested in geology and want to learn more about the geography in Taiwan. There are also many beautiful rocks. It is a place that brings you peace and tranquility. 📍Dulan Sugar Factory Café and Art Gallery You can see the sugar factory and learn about the history of the old age. There is also a lot of indigenous art work displayed there. 🌊Most of the time here I spent time with my friends in the ocean swimming and surfing. I actually don’t know how to surf, so I just tumbled in the water lol but I love ocean and water, so I had a great time there. 🌿I also had the chance to join a chanting meditation at Taitung Xiao Ma at 森林四季 📍2827+FXW 信義里 Taitung County, Chenggong Township You can take a bus to Xiao Ma bridge and walk a bit uphill to get there. 🥯Marino‘s Kitchen They have the best bread in this region! The bay of plenty in New Zealand is famous around the world for its stunning natural beauty, I spent a few days driving around this area and I was totally blown away. We drove from Turanagi to the coast and we followed the lakes along the way. There are many lakes and they all vary in size but they are all equally stunning. The weather was amazing so we made sure we pulled up at the beach of every lake and went for a swim, I can’t even put into words how refreshing it is. The water is completely clear and clean, and the perfect temperature - the lakes stay shallow for a while and there is no current so they are safe to swim. Many of the lakes have designated beaches with car parking, toilets, recycling facilities and places to clean your feet - something I love about New Zealand. If you’re in this area I really advise planning some time taking in these lakes, especially if you love swimming! The only downside is there is very little shade so it’s hard if you burn easily or it’s really hot, avoid the hottest parts of the day. Each step led me deeper into the heart of this natural paradise, where the air was filled with the soothing sounds of cascading water and the scent of lush greenery. As I followed the trail, the anticipation built with every turn. The first glimpse of the blueish pond at the base of the waterfall was nothing short of magical. The water, tinted with copper minerals, shimmered in the sunlight, inviting me to take a refreshing dip. I waded into the cool, crystal-clear waters, feeling the weariness from the hike dissolve instantly. The pond was just the beginning, as there were numerous other pools downstream, each offering its own unique charm. Some were perfect for a gentle swim, while others were ideal for simply lounging and soaking in the tranquil ambiance. The vibrant blue hues of the water, combined with the serene surroundings, created a sense of pure bliss. As I swam and explored the various ponds, the stresses of the journey melted away, leaving me rejuvenated and at peace.

The weather was beautiful when we stayed in the southern part of Hong Kong island, so we decided to spend the day exploring the nearby beaches! 1. Address - Repulse Bay Beach Highlights- Go for the views and the incredible calm water that was perfect for swimming 👙 I could have spent all day in the sea! Rating - 10/10 2. Address - Stanley Village and Main Beach (hop on any of the buses from the main road by Repulse Bay for 15 mins) Highlights- Explore the eclectic market, mainly selling souvenirs, and the colourful village. Head for lunch at one of the many establishments along the coast. After exploring the market, head to Stanley Main Beach. Rating - 8/10 3. Address - St Stephen’s Beach (just a 15 min walk from Stanley) Highlights - much quieter than Stanley Main Beach with relaxing atmosphere, we practically had a private beach! When in El Nido, don’t miss out on visiting Nacpan. There are a lot of things you can do in Nacpan aside from just swimming at the beach. If you are lucky enough to visit during hatching season, you will be able to see turtles! I spent half day traveling to nacpan. If you are coming from El Nido town, it’s around 30-40 mins ride and 20-30 mins ride from Lio Estate area. I hired a tricycle to take me there costs around Php 1000. I availed a day tour at Angkla Beach resort for Php 1000 (consumable of food and drinks and use of pool until 5pm). Fengshan Hotspring was my favorite resort in Beijing. It is a good place to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Aside from its swimming pool and saunas, spa pools covered with verdant leaves made the resort more picturesque. Food in the Buffet restaurant was also included in the package. 🌸 The Oriental Spring is a perfect place to relax as it offers not only various types of swimming pools (including hot spring, indoor and outdoor pools, etc.) but also many other activities and facilities for kids and adults (for any age). 🚇 I went there by metro and it is the cheapest and the most convenient transportation for me to get there. It is located 5 minutes walk from metro line 10 Hangzhong Road Station- exit 2 (Depending on your walking speed). I walked through the park in front of exit 2. 💯 This experience is perfect because I enjoyed swimming outdoor all morning and at around 2pm, it rained so l went indoor, cleaned myself, spinned dry my swimsuit, blow dried my hair, put on dry clothes, and charged my phone (There are suckets on the floor which you can see everywhere, I had to ask the receptionist first and he showed me one of the suckets on the floor at the lobby and l also found suckets at the rest area). The staff are very accommodating. 😍 🥤🍽 I also had meals there and Oriental Spring offers many other facilities indoor and worry not about the time because it closes at 12 midnight. Hence, if you wan to maximize your experience, you should go there in the morning. Words are not enough for me to explain my experience 😅. if you go to Hualien, the top attraction is definitely Taroko National Park. However, if you really want to explore Hualien hidden paradise, try to rent a bicycle and take a ride along the river to the mountain. I was accidentally found this hidden waterfall in Sha Po Dang. Sha Po Dang is a jungle trail and it is only take around 45 minutes ride from Hualien Main Station. It is quiet and chill there. You can swim during the summer time! Karen’s backyard is also known as Ugay’s Farm. A nice venue for any occassions. They have a rental hall which is very affordable. If you rent overnight all of your guest can access their pool overnight too. They have rooms for you to sleep and kitchen for you too cook. The pool’s price as also affordable. If you feel so hot during the day just visit and soak in their cool pool because they are always open. Hong Kong🇭🇰Staycation of 🇰🇷Korean experience - good stay and good food @Hyatt Regency Tsim Sha Tsui PART II After afternoon tea, we went to get a room. The hotel gave us a box of "Korean Grapes" for us to go back to our room and eat slowly😍 The room was unfortunately assigned a city view, no charming view of Victoria Harbor for everyone to see🥺 But no matter, optimistic we had a lot of fun in the hotel room😂. The hotel room has a work table, flat LCD TV and rain shower and separate bathtub🛁 In addition, in the toilet and found a cabinet door, initially thought inside to put towels, but this cabinet door can be through back out of the room 🤣🤣🤣 The rooms are well equipped, convenient and clean! After entering the room for a while it started to get dark, we decided to go out for dinner. Unfortunately I forgot to bring my sports clothes, so I had to walk on the treadmill as a walk to lose weight and lose fat😂 After exercising we went back to the room together to shower and apply masks, then come to a Pillow Talk, talked for a while already very sleepy, the bed was too comfortable to fall asleep early. So the next day I got up very early and went to the cafe for breakfast, I didn’t expect the breakfast at the Hyatt Hotel to be so rich 😍. There are chocolate cake, green tea cake, chocolate donut, shrimp dumplings, siu mai, char siu bao, pearl chicken, char siu fried rice, fried beans, fried broccoli, gluten-free bread, chocolate croissant, vegan fresh raspberry chocolate cake, yogurt, yogurt, soy sauce fried rice noodles, pork porridge, soy milk, low-fat milk, soy milk, etc. The drinks are healthy juices, apple juice, grapefruit juice, tomato juice, orange juice, all freshly squeezed! After breakfast, I sip a cup of coffee and feel refreshed! In the cold, wet months, we all require access to an indoor heated pool. We are swimming and rejoicing in the indoor heated pool while on holiday at the Hilton Hefei. There are 3 separate pools, two of which are circular heated pools. The third, larger pool, is a nice place to swim. It has a wonderful ambiance, polite and helpful personnel, and is clean.
