You can hike for 8hrs or pay around $6 to take the cable car up to the top of Table mountain! Make sure you check the weather before you go because if it’s cloudy, you won’t be able to see anything! I really enjoyed the most was the view and how friendly the birds were. There were also cute little plants growing in the cracks of the rocks. There is a pub and a small restaurant as well as a gift shop on top of the mountain. There are bathrooms as well, but it’s quite smelly… And one thing to be aware of is the little pests that sticks onto you! No words can describe what an awe inspiring, amazing and beautiful experience this game drive at the Askari Game Lodge was for us. We were lucky enough to only have our friends as the group for the game drive and that made it so much more fun. We had the best tour guide and were able to enjoy ourselves while learning a lot about all the different animals they had, which included lions, elephants, giraffes, ostrich and buffaloes. We also dined at their restaurant after the two hour tour and the food did not disappoint. #yearofrabbit #south_africa #tripblazers

Address - Located in the beautiful city of Hoedspruit not far from the famous Blyde River Canyon you’ll find this wonderful Bush Lodge. Drive into the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate and enjoy a weekend breakaway. Ambiance/Facilities - This Lodge is wonderful. There’s a nice fireplace, swimming pool and good outdoor areas to relax. Highlights - Being in nature. Seeing the animals close up while having breakfast and waking up to the sound of nature is the best. Avg. Price per Person - Prices varies depending on time and day. We paid around R2,000 pp/n. Well worth it. Breakfast is also an option and dinner too. Rating - Definitief 5/5 for this lodge. Well worth the visit. The owners are lovely and so are all the staff that works there. They are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautiful and clean and well maintained. Our experience at Magoebaskloof Adventures was nothing short of awesome! The canopy tour, featuring 11 thrilling lines zigzagging across the Letaba river, was a visually stunning and exhilarating journey. The guides were exceptional, providing detailed safety measures and ensuring our comfort throughout. They also take stunning action photos!😄 A thoughtful touch was the provision of snacks and water during the tour, culminating in a delightful surprise of delicious burgers included in the fee. They have many other activities including, tubing, abseiling, mountain biking, kloofing and more.
